ماهي النقود ؟هذا السر العجيب(1)
اريد ان اشارككم بموضوع يهمنا كلنا وهو النقود عسى ان ننتفع به
ومن وجد فيه اختلا ف فيرجى ذكره وجزاكم الله الف خير

كلنا نستعمل النقود ونرى كيف تصنع ولكن ماهي حقيقة النقود؟
هل النقود اوراق؟
ان كانت اوراق فلماذا الدولة لا تصنع ما تشاء؟
وان لم تكن فما هي اذن ؟
ولماذا نقودنا ارخس من الدولار؟
وهل البنوك عندما تعطي لك قرض تملك حقا هذه الكمية من النقود؟
نسمع كثير بأن العالم في ازمة و بلدان تملك الكثير من الديون مثل امريكا ولكن حقيقة من يدين لأمريكا؟
وستفمون الكثير من الأشياء في سلسلة من المقالات تابعوها مع محمد وعمر

عمر:السلام عليك يا محمد
محمد:وعليك السلام ياعمر ،اليوم سأحدثك عن شيء عجيب حقا و هي النقود ،فكلنا نستعملها ونحسبها ولكن ماهي هذه النقود ؟
عمر:والله شيء حقا عجيب فقد كنت افكر من زمان على هذه النقود واتساءل نفسي هل النقود اوراق ؟فإن كانت
اوراق فلماذا الدولة لا تصنع ماتريد؟واشياء اخرى كنت اسألها
محمد:نعم سأحاول ان اشرح لك وسأعود الى بداية استعمال النقو
بداية استعمال النقود
كانوا قديما يستعملون السلع في التبادل التجاري اي اعطيك مثلا كيلوغرام ارز تعطيني كيولغرام عدس ولكن هذه الطريقة ليست مجدية ولهذا استعملو ا شيء اثمن في التبادل وهو الذهب وعلى هذا اصبحت قيمة النقود
موجودة في كمية الذهب الموجودة فيه فكلما كانت كمية كبيرة كانت النقود اغلى
كيف تحولت النقود الى اوراق
والآن سأشرح لك الشيء المهم وهو كيف تحولت الى اوراق
ففي القديم عندما كانوا يستعملون الذهب فأصبحوا يقومون بجمعها في مخزن وكلما اتى احد ليخزن ذهبه يعطونه ورقة ممضية وعليها قيمة كمية الذهب المودعة ثم بعدها اصبح كلما يريد احد ان يشتري مثلا سلعة بقيمة 10غرام ذهب وبدل ان يذهب للمخزن ويحضر العشرة غرامات التي اودعها فيها يعطيه مباشرة الورقة الدالة على انه يملك عشرة غرام ذهب في المخزن وبمرور الزمن اصبحوا يتعاملون بهذه الأوراق التي اصبحت نقود والمخزن اصبح البنك
عمر:اي ببساطة النقود تمثل كمية الذهب الموجودة في البنوك
محمد:نعم ولو نأخذ مثلا في السنوات الستينات
واحد دينار جزائري=0,180غ ذهب
و1دولار امريكي =0,888غ ذهب
اي عندما نملك 1دولار فهو دليل فقط اننا نملك 0,888غ ذهب في البنك
عمر:ولكن يامحمد كيف تتم تبادل العملات و كم يساوي الدولار من الدينار
كيف تتبادل العملات
من كيمية الذهب التي تملكه يمكن استنتاج قيمة عملة اخرى
لو نأخذ مثلا الدينار الجزائري والدولار امريكي
فلدينا واحد دينار جزائري=0,180غ ذهب
واحد دولار امريكي =0,888غ ذهب
وبعملية بسيطة0,180/ 0,888 نجد 4,93 اي تقريبا خمسة اي 1دولار=5دج
عمر:ولكن يا محمد انت اعطيتني احصائيات السنوات الستينات ولكن حاليا كم
محمد:كل ما ذكرته لك كان قبل 1971ولكن بعد ان اصدر الرئيس الأمريكي نيكسون في 1971بأن الدولار لا يمكن تحويله الى ذهب اصبحت النقود لها معنى آخر فلم تعد تمثل قيمة الذهب
عمر:ولكن ماذا تمثل اذن
محمد:اصبحت النقود عبارة عن ديون
عمر:ماذاديون!!! اظنك تمزح معي
محمد:لا فسأشرح لك في لقائنا المقبل ان شاء الله كيف انها تعتبر ديون و كيف تتعين قيمة النقود ولماذا نقودنا ارخس من الدولار ومع السلامة يا عمر
