اكدت الابحاث الطبية أن التين الشوكي هو الفاكهة الوحيدة التي لها فاعلية حقيقية في مساعدتنا علي هضم المواد الدهنية ، ووجبات الطعام الدسمة ، وينصح خبراء التغذية بتناولها عقب الوجبات الدسمة .
