لما تزوج أخي بفتاة بشارية قام أهلها بتحضير مثل تلك القصعة لكن تبدو القصعة البسكرية بيان دوزي من أختها البشارية (إن شاء زوجة أخي لا تقرأ ردي هذا)

أحنا في ولايتنا محظوظين عندنا نوعين من قصعات أو بالأحرى نوعين من الجفنات واحدة تعمل بالكسكس و توابعه من لحم و خضر و الملبس و بيض الخ .......أما الجفنة الثانية فتعمل بالرفيس ( المسمن أو الملاوي مفتت)فهذي الأخيرة تعمل بالزبيب و المكسرات و سكر القلاصي و الملبس هذه بالنسبة لسكان تنس الساحلية
اعدكم ان عندما احضر عرس من كل منطقة أصور لكم الحفنات الثنين (موسم الأعراس قادم )
الله يهنينا إن شاء الله تحيااتي للاخ أبو أسامة لأن الموضوع جميل و كل ولاية تعرفنا على تقاليد الفطور العررسة في صبحيتها

ليس لكل ولاية قصعتها في الغرب مايعرفوش هذه الهدرة اصلا

من عادات الجزائرية التي تختلف كثيرا
بسكرة
القصعة فيها كسكس ومرق للسقي يكون احمر ولذيذ جدا لانه اساسه توابل مصنوعة منزلية
وفي منطقتي باتنة وقريبة قريتي من بسكرة
اهل العروس يحضرو قصعة شخشوخة وبنينة جدا ونتحدى لي يذوقها ما يتمناش يرجع ياكلها
واول شيء العروس والعريس يحطو اصابعهم ويصب عليهم الدهان العربي الاصيل وياكلو بين زوج لقمة فقط ومن بعد ياخذ او نصيب للشيخ ولعجوزة اذا موجودين والدي العريس
هذه من العادات والان صارت لازم تحمر الدجاج بين 5 الى 10 وكل واحد ومقدورو
والاساسية التقليدية تكون بلحم الضان .تقربلوا مروري
