من المخطيء؟

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
حدثت اليوم قصة بين شخص من طرف ومجموعة من الأشخاص جعلتني أحتار من أخطاء ومن أصاب لهذا نقلتها لكم لمعرفة آرأكم.
كنت في سفر و جاء وقت الغداء فدخلت مطعم .
بينما أنتظر دخلت عجوز في السبعينات من العمر و جلست قرب فتحة المطبخ و بدأت تنادي على الطباخ و النادل و تستجديهما ما تأكل و تطلب بصوت مرتفع و تكرر الطلب.
و بدأ سقف الطلبات ينزل الى أن وصل الى قطعة خبز مع بعض التوابل (هريسة).
لم يلقي صاحب المحل و النادل بالا للعجوز و كانا يتجاهلانها.
واصلت الصراخ و تكرار طلبها بلا ملل.
نادى أحد الحضور النادل وطلب منه أن يقدم لها الأكل على حسابه .
حاول النادل وبعض الحضور إفهام هذا الشخص أنهم يعرفون العجوز لكن أصر على ما قال.
و شعرت بأن النادل وصاحب المحل قدما لها الطعام على مضض.
و عند تقديم الوجبة للعجوز لم تكن قد فهمت ما حدث تراجعت الى الخلف وقالت:ليس لدي المال لأدفع.
فطمأنها النادل ،جلست أكلت و أنصرفت.
عندما توجه هذا الشخص لدفع ما عليه سأله صاحب المحل:هل تعرف العجوز؟
قال:لا
فقال له:إنها تاجرة ذهب و لديها من الأموال ما تشتري به عشرة محلات مثل هذا،و هي تفعل هذا منذ أن فتحت المحل.
فقال له الشخص:فهمت من الأول هذا الأمر ،وما رأيته هو مظهر الجوع و أستطيع تغييره بمبلغ بسيط ففعلت،ولا أهتم لبخلها لأني لا أملك وسيلة لتغيير ذلك.
خرجت من المحل و لا أعلم من الذي وجهة نظره صائبة.
صاحب المحل بمنعه إطعام هذه العجوز أم هذا الشخص الذي فهم الأمر رغم هذا دفع عنها الجوع؟

مشكور الاخ لغريب وفي هذا الصدد كثير من الناس يحرمون انفسهم من تقديم الصدقة لكثرة تحريهم في من يعطي صدقته . فالرجل الذي اطعم العجوز هو المصيب والنادل مخطىء.

مرة دخلت لأشتري ساندويتشات لي ولأصدقائي في العمل من كيوسك قريب منا حتى طلب مني شاب لا أعرفه أن أشتري له سندويتشا فقلت لصاحب المحل أضف آخرا على حسابي ولكنه صرخ في وجه الشاب "ما تحشمش جدك , أنت مطردق دراهم وتبروفيتي فالناس" ونصحني بألا اشتري له شيئا فأجبته الكلمة رصاص وصايي خرجت خلاص (وفي قرارة نفسي قلت لو علمت خبره قبلا ما كنت اشتريت له شيئا فالمحتاجون حقيقة هم أولى بها) تعجبت جدا حين بقي ذاك الشاب متسمرا في مكانه ذليلا فلو كان محتاجا حقا ما بقي في المحل دقيقة واحدة من شدة نهر صاحب المحل وبعدما ناوله الساندويتش قال له إذا عدت إلى هنا سأغرز فيك هذا السكين.

أرى في قصتك وقصتي أن موقف صاحب المحل هو الصح لعدة أسباب منها محاربة هذه الظاهرة التي لم نعد بسببها نميز المحتاج من غيره بل صرنا نظلم المحتاجين بسبب هؤلاء وايضا بسبب أن أمثال هؤلاء يزعجون الزبائن فكثيرهم يلح على زبون ويحرجه رغم أن ميزانيته لا تكفي اكثر من شخص

مشكور الاخ لغريب وفي هذا الصدد كثير من الناس يحرمون انفسهم من تقديم الصدقة لكثرة تحريهم في من يعطي صدقته . فالرجل الذي اطعم العجوز هو المصيب والنادل مخطىء.

هو كما قلت.
عدة مرات أشهد مواقف يتحجج فيها البعض بحالة السائل.
بينما هناك آية عظيمة حفظت حق السائل و إن كان مكثر
قال تعالى: { وَأَمَّا السَّائِلَ فَلا تَنْهَرْ } [الضحى:10]...

تصرُّف صاحب المحل طبيعي جدّا وكذلك تصرُّف من دفع ثمن الطعام للعجوز، فهذا هو الجزائري : لا يحب أن يخدعه أحد لكنه في نفس الوقت كريم بما يكفي لأن يتجاوز عن خداع أحدهم ويعطيه مما لا يضرُّ إعطاؤه له.

مرة وأنا أنتظر دوري لقضاء مصلحة ،جلست بمقهى لتناول فطور الصباح .
وكالعادة طلبت حليبا وكرواسان.
لكن مجموعة من المتسولات طلبن كل ما لذ وطاب من مشروبات وحلويات غالية الثمن.
ولا أخفيكم أنني حسبت المجوع فوجدته يفوق ال 500 دينار لثلاثتهن.
فكيف بالله عليكم أن تنتظروا منى التصدق عليهن بعد هذا الذي رأيته منهن.

صحيح البخاري » كتاب الزكاة » باب إذا تصدق على غني وهو لا يعلم

(1355) حدثنا أبو اليمان أخبرنا شعيب حدثنا أبو الزناد عن الأعرج عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال قال رجل لأتصدقن بصدقة فخرج بصدقته فوضعها في يد سارق فأصبحوا يتحدثون تصدق على سارق فقال اللهم لك الحمد لأتصدقن بصدقة فخرج بصدقته فوضعها في يدي زانية فأصبحوا يتحدثون تصدق الليلة على زانية فقال اللهم لك الحمد على زانية لأتصدقن بصدقة فخرج بصدقته فوضعها في يدي غني فأصبحوا يتحدثون تصدق على غني فقال اللهم لك الحمد على سارق وعلى زانية وعلى غني فأتي فقيل له أما صدقتك على سارق فلعله أن يستعف عن سرقته وأما الزانية فلعلها أن تستعف عن زناها وأما الغني فلعله يعتبر فينفق مما أعطاه الله.

أرى أن دفع الطعام لهته الفئة المحتالة هو ظلم في حق الفئة المحتاجة حقا، إذا هذا سيشجعهم على الاحتيال أكثر و أخذ مال الفقير الحقيقي بغير وجه حق.

لو كنت في مثل هذا الموقف أُفهم هذه العجوز أنّي عرفت حقيقتها و أنّ ما تفعله لا يجوز
فهي بهكذا تصرّف تأخذ حقّ المستحقّين
و لن يصدَّق المحتاج الحقيقي ثانيّة
و ما إطعامي لها إلاّ لوجه الله لأنّني ما اعتدت أن أردّ سائلا
و الله أعلم

صحيح أن تصرف العجوز بغيض جدا
و لكن تصرف الشخص رائع جدا
يعجبني هكذا أشخاص
فبالرغم من علمه ببخل تلك العجوز إلا أنه
لم يندم لإطعامها و هذه ميزة الكرماء
أما بالنسبة لصاحب المحل
فمعه حق أيضا
ما دامت تأتي كل يوم لتأكل من دون أن تدفع
فله الحق أن لا يلقي بالا لها
و الله أعلم

لكن ما اعرفه كما يقال في المثل الشعبي .. النية أسبق و أجره على الله

و أعتقد ان صاحب المحل ملزم باخبار الناس .عنها .

هذا الرجل الذي دفع الطعام للعجوز هو من اولئك الاشخاص الذين نقول عنهم ان ارواحهم راقية

فبرغم انه كان يعرف ان هذه المرأة بخيلة و منافقة الا انه لم يستطع مشاهدتها و هي تتوسل مرارا وتكرارا و تحرج نفسها من اجل لقمة هو يستطيع دفعها بدون عناء
و حتى النادل لم يكن مخطئا فاذا ترك الزبائن يدفعون لها بدون ان يتكلم سيخسر زبائنه مع الوقت وهو ما ليس في صالحه
