لكيلو من السميد الخشن , كيلو سكر , 300 غ الزبدة, ماء زهر, 2 ليمون كمية من اللوز مطحون ولكن مش رفيع كثيرللحشو , حبات من اللوز للتزيين و يمكن تعويض اللوز بالكاوكاو أو الفول السوداني

نبدأ بوضع السميد في إناء كبير نضيفله نصف كمية السكر+ السمن و نحكه باليد جيدا حتى يتداخل الزبدة مع السميد نبدأ برش ماء الزهر على الخليط و لكن من دون اغراقه أو عجنه لأن المراد أنه لما نضعه في المول يتثبت عليه من دون أي يكون عجينة,


تقسم الكمية لنصفين و تاخذي مول الفرن دائري أو مستطيل ,

تحطي عليه نصف الكمية و بسمك 7ملم أو أقل

يوزع فوقه اللوز المطحون و اللى يكون مبلل قليلا في ماء الزهر و يعاد وضع النصف المتبقي من خليط السميد
يسوى السطح جيدا باليد و يقطع بالسكين لمستطيلات و يزين كل مستطيل بحبة لوز و يدخل إلى الفرن لينضج من تحت و لما تحمر الجوانب طفي الفرن من تحت و اشعلي من فوق حتى يحمر
من جهة أخرى يتم تحضير الشربات بالسكر المتبقى بحيث يكون المكيال كالتالي:

لكأس من السكر يوضع 4 كؤوس من الماء و نضيف شرائح من الليمون و يترك فوق النار ليغلي بحيث يذوب السكر و تنقس الكمية إلى 3كؤوس يعني مالازم تكون الشربات سميكة, و بالتحديد يترك 15 دقيقة من بدأ الغليان و يترك ليبرد و لما تخرجي الحلوى من الفرن ضعي 2 ملاعق من ماء الزهر فوق الشربات الفاترة و ضعيها على قلب اللوز الساخن لحتى يتشربها و اتركيه يتشربها و قدميه
