طعن يوم الخميس، السيد العايش خلفاوي، والد المواليد الخمسة في حكم يقضي بسجنه لمدة 3 أشهر، مع غرامة مالية قيمتها 30 ألف دينار كتعويض لولاية تبسة، عن تهمة تجمهره رفقة زوجته ومواليده الخمسة بعدما اعتصم أمام مقر الولاية، مطالبا والي الولاية بمنحه منصب عمل قار ليتكفل بعائلته التي أصبحت كبيرة جدا، منذ أن رزقه الله بعد سنوات من عقم زوجته في الواحد والعشرين من شهر ماي الماضي، بخمسة رضع ولدوا في مصحة القبة بالجزائر العاصمة.

وكان قد اعتصم أمام الولاية لمدة 3 أيام قبل أن ينصحه الوالي بمغادرة المكان، واقتادته الشرطة بعد أن نقلت أبناءه إلى المستشفى نحو مقر الأمن، وقال السيد العايش خلفاوي نهار أمس الأحد، "للشروق اليومي" بأنه يشتغل في صباغة المساكن وتحضير الجبس حسب الطلب، وهي مهنة حرة لا تكفيه لإعالة الأبناء، ولا يفهم لماذا مصالح الشؤون الاجتماعية تحرمه من حليب الأطفال ومن الحفاظات، رغم تعليمة وزيرة التضامن التي قرّرت التكفل بأطفاله الخمسة، أما عن حالة الأبناء صحيا واجتماعيا، وهم جواد ومعاذ وإياد من الذكور وشيماء وآية من الإناث، فوصفها بالجيدة خاصة أنهم على مشارف الاحتفال بعيد ميلادهم الأول، حيث تحوّل بيته إلى ما يشبه المتحف أو المزار الذي يؤمّه التبسيون والتبسيات من الفضوليين الذين لم يسبق لهم أن شاهدوا خمسة رضع دفعة واحدة في سن اللعب، واعترف بأن المواطنين من مختلف مناطق الوطن يستقدمون الحلوى واللعب والثياب لهذه العائلة الكثيرة العدد، يذكر أن المحاكمة لم تشهد حضور الوالي وإنما محامي الولاية فقط، كما لم يتمكن السيد العايش، من تكليف محام للدفاع عنه ويخشى أن يزجّ به في السجن كما قال "للشروق اليومي".
