حكم التلقب في المنتديات بمثل " القرآن والسنَّة " أو " الله ربي " أو القرآن منهجي "

ما حكم الشرع في امرأة ، أو رجل يتسمَّى بـ " القرآن والسنَّة " في المنتديات ، ويطلب دليلاً من القرآن والسنَّة على تحريم التسمِّي للبشر بالقرآن والسنَّة ؟ . وهل يصح مناداته بـ " أخي " ، ثم يتبعها بالقرآن والسنَّة ؟ . وما حكم الشرع في التسمِّي بأسماء تبدأ بلفظ الجلالة مثل : " الله المستعان " ، " الله أعلم " ، " الله ربي " ، " الله كريم " ؟ . ومثل " القرآن طريقي " ، " القرآن حياة القلوب " ، " القرآن منهجي " . وهل يجوز مناداتهم بـ " أخي " ، ثم يتبعونها بهذه الأسماء ؟ . أفيدونا جزاكم الله تعالى كل خير .

الجواب : الحمد لله
أولاً:
لا شك أن التسمية من المطالب الشرعية التي عمل الشرع على ضبطها ، ووضع القواعد لها ؛ فقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ينهى عن التسمية بالأسماء القبيحة , وبالأسماء التي تقتضي تزكية ، ومدحاً ، كـ " برَّة " ، و " تقية " ، وغيرها , وحث على التسمية ببعض الأسماء كـ " عبد الله " و " عبد الرحمن " ، وكره التسمية ببعض الأسماء ، كـ " حرب " ، و " مُرَّة " .
وسبب هذا الاهتمام من الشرع أن المسلم مطلوب منه التميز في كل الأمور ، حتى في مثل هذه الأمور التي قد يستقلها بعض الناس .
وينظر أجوبة الأسئلة : ( 7180 (http://islamqa.info/ar/ref/7180) ) و ( 1692 (http://islamqa.info/ar/ref/1692) ) و ( 101401 (http://islamqa.info/ar/ref/101401)) ففيها ضوابط تسمية الذكور ، والإناث ، وإطلاق الألقاب ، وفيها بيان الأسماء المحرَّمة ، والمكروهة .

ثانياً:
الذي يظهر : أن التسمية بـ " القرآن والسنَّة " ، أو " القرآن طريقي " ، أو " القرآن حياة القلوب" ، أو " القرآن منهجي " : لا يصح ، وذلك لأسباب :
1. سبق في الأجوبة المحال عليها أنه من الأسماء المكروهة التي تشتهر في بعض بلاد المسلمين ، الأسماء المضافة إلى لفظ " الدين " ، أو " الإسلام " ، مثل : نور الدين ، أو عماد الدين ، أو نور الإسلام ، ونحو ذلك فقد كرهها أهل العلم للذكور والإناث ، لما فيها من تزكية صاحبها تزكية عظيمة
قال الشيخ بكر أبو زيد - رحمه الله - :
وذلك لعظيم منزلة هذين اللفظين - " الدين " ، و " الإسلام " - ، فالإضافة إليهما على وجه التسمية : فيها دعوى فجَّة تُطل على الكذب .
" تسمية المولود " ( ص 22 ) .
فهذا الكاتب ، وذاك : ليسا هما الكتاب ، ولا السنَّة ، لا حقيقة ولا حالا .
ومثله ، بل أشد منه في المنع ، التلقب بـ " سبحان الله " ! ، أو " سبحان الله وبحمده " !
سئل علماء اللجنة الدائمة :
مقدَّم لسعادتكم السيد " سبحان الله ميانقل " ، باكستاني الجنسية ، والمقيم بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، بمدينة جدة ، وأعمل مؤذناً في وزارة الأوقاف ، ولقد تم الاعتراض من قبل إدارة الحج والأوقاف بخصوص اسمي ، وكل ما أرجوه من سعادتكم هو إفتاؤنا عن هذا الاسم من الناحية الإسلامية والشرعية ، هل هو اسم جائز أم لا ؟ وإن كان غير جائز : فالرجاء إفادتنا بمعروض من قبلكم حتى يتسنى لي تغيير الاسم من الجوازات ، ولكم جزيل الشكر ، والعرفان .
فأجابوا :
يجب عليك تغيير هذا الاسم ؛ لأن شخصك ليس هو سبحان الله ، وإنما " سبحان الله " ذِكر من الأذكار الشرعية .
ويجب أن يغيَّر إلى اسم جائزٍ شرعاً ، كعبد الله ، ومحمد ، وأحمد ، ونحوها .
الشيخ عبد العزيز بن باز ، الشيخ عبد الرزاق عفيفي ، الشيخ عبد الله بن غديان .
" فتاوى اللجنة الدائمة " ( 11 / 477 ، 478 ) .
2. أن في تلك الأسماء تزكية للمتسمي ، أو المتلقب بها ، وقد نهى الله تبارك وتعالى عن تزكية النفس ، وقد ذكرنا التفصيل في الأجوبة المحال عليها .
وقد سئل الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين – رحمه الله - :
ما حكم هذه الألقاب " حجة الله " ، " حجة الإسلام " ، " آية الله " ؟ .
فأجاب :
هذه الألقاب " حجة الله " ، " حجة الإسلام " : ألقاب حادثة ، لا تنبغي ؛ لأنه لا حجة لله على عباده إلا الرسل ... .
" مجموع فتاوى الشيخ العثيمين " ( 3 / 88 ) .
3. أن فيها منافاة لأسلوب لغة العرب ؛ فإن هذه العبارات قد وضعت لمعان مقصودة شرعا ، معروفة في لغة العرب ، ولا يعرف في لغة العرب التسمي ، أو التلقب بـ " الله المستعان " ، أو " الله أعلم " ، أو " الله ربي " ، أو " الله كريم " ، ومثيلاتها .
4. أنه ربما يترتب على أولئك الأعضاء الذين تسموا ، وتلقبوا بتلك الأسماء ، والألقاب : ردودٌ ، وتعقبات ، فيها إنقاص لقدر القرآن ، والسنَّة ، والرب تبارك وتعالى ، كقولهم لهم : ( أخطأت يا " الكتاب والسنة " ! ) ، و ( لم تصب يا " القرآن طريقي " ! ) ، هذا عدا عما يمكن أن يكون من سب ، وشتم ، مما يؤدي إلى امتهان هذه المسمَّيات , والقدح بها .
5. أنه قد يُذكر وفاة من تسمى أو تلقب بتلك الألقاب ! فماذا سيقال في ذلك المنتدى ، وغيره ؟! سيقال : وفاة " الله ربي !! " ، وسيقال : توفي اليوم "القرآن والسنَّة !! " ، ولا شك أن هذا قبيح أشد القبح ، ومحرَّم أشد التحريم .

والخلاصة :
أنه يحرم التسمية والتلقب ، بتلك الأسماء والألقاب الوارد ذِكرها في السؤال ، والنصيحة لأولئك ، بل الواجب الشرعي : أن يجتنبوا هذه التسميات والألقاب ، وعليهم أن يقتصروا على ما هو صحيح ومباح من الأسماء والألقاب ، ويخلو من المخالفة الشرعية .
