الريجيم الجديد صمم بمنحة من الإدارة الأمريكية للزراعة والغذاء والدواء وجرب في مراكز أبحاث جامعة هو بكنز يناير 2009وصمم هذا الريجيم خصيصاً للتخلص من الوزن الزائد بمقدار 5 إلى 7 كجم في الأسبوع فبإمكانك إتباع هذا الريجيم كما يحلو لك من دون تردد وبلا خوف من أية أعراض جانبية لأنه صمم خصيصاً لمساعدة الجسم على التخلص من المود الضارة ويعزز الإحساس بالصحة وقدرات مناعة الجسم أن هذا الريجيم يعتمد على الفواكه والنباتات وشرب كميات من الماء والابتعاد عن الطبيخ والزيوت
بعد سبعة أيام ستشعر بأنك أخف ب5 كجم على الأقل

كما أنه لا يتخلص من الوزن الزائد فحسب بل يحسن المزاج والصحة النفسية ويخلص الجسم من السموم الناتجة من أكل المعلبات والوجبات السريعة والمشروبات الغازية حيث تعد هذه العناصر الأخيرة من أكثر الأشياء تهديداً لصحة الإنسان اليوم خلال الأيام السبعة عليك بشرب 10 أكواب ماء كل يوم
والبرنامج الأسبوعي كما يلي

اليوم الأول

يسمح بتناول جميع أنواع الفاكهة ما عدا الموز , بإمكانك تناول كل الأنواع التي تريدها ولكن ينصح أن تتناول كمية من البطيخ الأحمر حسب الموسم , وبذلك تكون نسبة نقصان الوزن في اليوم الأول أكبر

اليوم الثاني

كل أنواع الخضار سواء المطبوخة أو غير المطبوخة ليست هناك كمية محددة ولكن يرجى الابتعاد عن الزيوت عند طبخ الخضار , كما يمكنك تناول بطاطا واحدة كبيرة مسلوقة على الإفطار

اليوم الثالث

بإمكانك اليوم الجمع بين الخضار والفواكه كما تشاء وبأي كمية من غير تحديد لكن يمنع تناول البطاطا أو الموز


اليوم الرابع
في هذا اليوم سيقتصر الطعام على الموز والحليب , ويمكنك تناول ما يقارب 8 موزات كحد أقصى مع 3 أكواب حليب طازج ويفضل أن يكون قليل الدسم كما يمكنك تناول حصة واحدة من شوربة الخضار المسلوقة من غير بهارات
اليوم الخامس
اليوم هو يوم الاحتفال بحيث يمكنك تناول كوب واحد من الأرز البني مع 6 حبات من الطماطم ولكن يجب عليك شرب 12 كوب من الماء لتنظيف الجسم من حمض اليوريك

اليوم السادس
بإمكانك اليوم تناول أية كمية من الخضار مع كوب واحد من الأرز البني
اليوم السابع
اليوم طعامك سيتكون من كوب واحد من الأرز البني مع عصائر الفواكه وكافة الخضروات التي تحبها
غدا َصباحاً ستكون قد خسرت ما بين 5 إلى 7 كجم وستكون أخف من الأسبوع الذي سبق وأكثر نشاطاً وحيوية

اليوم السابع
اليوم طعامك سيتكون من كوب واحد من الأرز البني مع عصائر الفواكه وكافة الخضروات التي تحبها
غدا َصباحاً ستكون قد خسرت ما بين 5 إلى 7 كجم وستكون أخف من الأسبوع الذي سبق وأكثر نشاطاً وحيوية
بإمكانك إعادة اتباع الريجيم مرة أخرى ولعدة مرات حسب رغبتك ولكن يفضل ترك 3 أيام استراحة بعد الانتهاء من الريجيم ومن ثم البدء مرة أخرى
لا يعتبر هذا الريجيم خاص بتنقيص الوزن الزائد فقط وانما لتنظيف وتخليص الجسم من المواد السامة التي تتراكم في أجسامنا نتيجة العديد من العادات الغذائية السيئة
معلومات إضافية
أهم جزء في هذا الريجيم هو شرب 10 أكواب من الماء في اليوم الواحد على الأقل وبإمكانك إضافة النكهات مثل الليمون حتى يجعل شربك للماء أسهل
بإمكانك خلال هذا الريجيم شرب القهوة من غير حليب ولا سكر
في حال الطبخ يمكنك إضافة ملعقة صغيرة من الزيت
لا يشتمل هذا الريجيم على أية عصائر للفواكه قبل اليوم السابع

اليوم الأول
تهيئة الجسم لاتباع الريجيم حيث أن المصدر

الوحيد للغذاء في هذا اليوم هو الفواكه الطازجة التي توفر كل ما يحتاجه الجسم من طاقة
اليوم الثاني
يبدأ بالكربوهيدرات المتعددة في فطور الصباح من البطاطا المسلوقة ليوفر الطاقة اللازمة لبداية اليوم أما الخضروات فهي قليلة السعرات ولكنها توفر الألياف والمغذيات المهمة للجسم
ليوم الثالثا
يتم استبعاد البطاطا في هذا اليوم لأن الجسم يحصل على الكربوهيدرات المطلوبة من الفواكه .لأن جسمك مستعد ليبدأ بحرق الوزن الزائد أما بالنسبة للرغبة في الأكل فستبدأ بالتراجع في اليوم الرابع
اليوم الرابع
في هذا اليوم ربما تستطيع أن تأكل كل الكمية المسموح بها من الموز لكنه متوفر في حالة الشعور بالجوع حيث أن الموز يوفر كمية من البوتاسيوم والصوديم التي خسرتها في الأيام السابقة .
ستلاحظ أنه ليست لديك الرغبة في تناول الحلويات ومن المفترض أن يكون يوماً سهلاً
ليوم الخامسا
الأرز البني سيوفر الكربوهيدرات اللازمة والطماطم توفر الألياف لعملية الهضم والمزيد من الماء لتطهير الجسم
يجب أن تلاحظ أن البول غير ملون بالضرورة أن تأكل كوب كامل من الأرز ولكن يمكنك أن تأكل أقل من كوب إذا لم يكن لديك الرغبة ولكن يجب عليك أن تأكل 6 حبات من الطماطم
اليوم السادس يوفر لك اليوم السادس الفيتامينات اللازمة من الخضار والكربوهيدرات من الأرز . لأن جسمك يخسر جزء من الوزن الزائد يجب أن تلاحظ في هذا اليوم أنه هناك تغير في شكل جسمك مقارنة بالأيام السابقة
اليوم السابع
بإمكانك الاحتفال اليوم ولكن يجب الامتناع عن الدهون والقهوة بالحليب أو ما شابه
