أغرب عملية في التاريخ.. طبيب يجري جراحة لنفسه ب"مفك"

هاجم الطبيب الروسي "ليونيد روجوزوف" أثناء مشاركته في إحدى الرحلات الاستكشافية مع عدة خبراء للأرصاد الجوية بالقطب الجنوبي عام 1961، ألم كبير جدا، واكتشف أنه يعاني انفجار الزائدة الدودية الحادة.
الطبيب ظل طريح الفراش لمدة تزيد عن 24 ساعة ولم يفلح وقتها تناوله المضادات الحيوية مما جعل الأمر أكثر تعقيدا وأصبحت حياته على وشك أن تنتهي، مما جعله يفكر في إجراء جراحة لنفسه يستأصل خلالها الزائدة الدودية، والأغرب أنه لم يكن يمتلك بهذا المكان الذي يبتعد مئات الكيلومترات عن السكان أية أدوات طبية.

ووفق صحيفة الانباء، فقد قام روجوزوف وقتها بعمل تلك الجراحة الدقيقة بواسطة عدة أدوات حصل عليها من فريق الاستكشاف الخاص بالأرصاد الجوية المصاحب له، والذي كان عددهم وقتها 12 رجلا، فقد حصل على مفك ومرآة، وكان يساعده أحدهم بحمل المرآة له حتى يستطيع أن يرى مكان الجراحة.

وقام الطبيب الموهوب الذي كان يبلغ حينها 27 عاما بالفعل بعمل العملية تحت تأثير المخدر الموضعي، وقد أصيب عدة مرات بفقدان الوعي، إلا أنه استطاع أن ينهي تلك الجراحة القاسية بعد ساعتين متواصلتين، ولا تزال الآلات التي استخدمها روجوزوف في العملية معروضة من وقت إجرائها حتى الآن في متحف سان بطرسبورج.
