المقادير
350غ زبدة+100غ سكر صقيل
100غ مايزينا+150غ شكلاط أسود
ملح+حامضة محكوكة
خميرة حلوانية
دقيق حسب الخليط+ مربى المشمش.
الطريقة
نخلط الزبدة مع السكر والملح ثم قشور الحامضة المحكوكة مايزينا الخميرة والدقيق ،نضع العجينة في قالب حديدي واسع الرأس(البوق)ونضغط عليه فوق اللاطة لنحصل على كيكس او بسكويت متساوي في الطول ندخله للفرن ،وبعدما يطيب ويبرد نلصق كل إثنين بالمربى ونزينهما بالشكلاط الأسود من جانب واحد فقط كما في الصورة.
