اليوم جبت لكم وصفة خفيفة و اقتصادية

وقت تحضيرها لايتعدى 10دقائق فقط

هذه الوصفة يمووت عليها خيرو

وخيرو ما يحبش الفرمااج خلاص و بكل انوااعه

الا انه هذا المرة اعجبه الطبق بزاااف ..

واصبح كل مرة يطلبني نحضره

مكونات تحضير طاجين الجبن:

-250 كفتة
-1 حبة بصل.
-5 حبات بيض.
- كاس حليب
-الجبن
-خبزمرحي
-200غ جبن أبيض.
- جبن مبشور.
-1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود.
-ملح.

كيفية تحضير طاجين الجبن:

- في مقلاة على النار اطهي الكفتة مع الزيت .. الملح.. الفلفل الأسود.. القرفة و البصل.
- في وعااء نكسر البيض مع اضاافة الجبن والحليب والخبز مرحي ونخلطهم جيدا ثم نضيف الكفتة ..
-افرغي الخليط في صحن الفرن بعد دهنه بالزبدة والخبز مرحي .
رشي سطح الخليط بالجبن المبشور و ادخليه الفرن حتى يتماسك.
قطعي طاجين الجبن و قدميه مع سلطة.
