كأس زيتون دون عظم (ليس في الوصفة الاصلية) مغلى
كأس فطر مقطر

فلفل أسود
فلفل عكري

راس الحانوت

التحضير:


حمسي
البصل المفروم في الزيت ثم اضيفي قطع اللحم مع التوابل واستمري في التحميس
دقائق ثم اضيفي الطماطم ومرقي وغطي الطنجرة على نار متوسطة إلى ان يستوي
اللحم تقريبا


في طبق الفرن رتبي قطع الحم وأضيفي المرق المتبقي والزيتون والفطر
بلطف احفري مكانا بالملعقة واكسري فيها حبة بيض وأعيدي الكرة بعدد البيضات مع مراعاة حسن التوزيع


رشي بالبقدونس المفروم وأدخلي الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة تفريبا حتى يستوي البيض
