مع مشكلة واش نديرو للغدا ولا للعشا دايما

لا اظن ان هناك من لا تعاني من هذه المشكلة خاصة اذا كان من في البيت يتشرطو على الطعام وانا بابا من هذا النوع وماما مدايرة حمية لازمها ثاني اطباق خاصة ما هو الحل في رايكن ؟ نكثرو لمرامط وبالتالي نديرو كاريار مواعين ؟؟؟

جلسة وحدة في الأسبوع لمدة 10دقائق
و نحطوا قائمة الطعام للأسبوع المقبل
يوم السبت كذا
يوم الأحد كذا
يوم الإثنين كذا
و هكذا
و ذلك على حسب الموسم و تنوع الخضار من جهة و على حسب موافقة الكل على أطباق الأسبوع
هكذا رب العائلة يروح مرة وحدة للسوق يقضي قيس هذك السمانة على حساب الأكلات المبرمجة
خير من كل يوم رايح جاي عند الخضار و البيسري..

انا ما عندي حتى مشكل في الماكلة بنتي صغيرة وتتبلعط بلخف
ومولابيتي مايتشرطش في الاكل وكي نزيد نتمسكن شوية ونقولو لي طيبتها العمشة ياكلوها ولادها ياكل مسكين ويقولي غدوة نديك لطبيب تاع العنين
