هذه اول صورة حصرية لتطبيقي رافيولي آجاغ...
رغم المرض و التعب الا انها شهاتني فيهم و لم اصبر عليهم
انظروا الاولتين تقول امينة حضرتهم و الثانيتين بداوا ييشبهوا للرافيولي
و الاخيرتين رافيولي و عليها الكلام.....
قطعتهم بالقطاعة الدائرية لانه ليس لدس المربعة...
انتظروا الشكل النهائي بعد العشاء ان شاء الله او غدا...حسب ظروفي وقدرتي

السلام عليكم

أظن اني حطمت الرقم القياسي في اسرع تطبيق....

اليكم صور تجريبي للرافيولي الرائع لام سارة...
العجينة ناجحة مائة بالمائة و قد تتلقون مشاكل في طرح العجين و لي ما عندهاش الة العجين يجب ان تكون ماهرة جدا في استعمال "القنوط" او الحلال...
لان العجينة يجب ان تكون رقيقة جدا..و امر اخر الطهي على البخار لا اراه جيدا لانه يترك الحبة سميكة جدا على عكس الطهي في الماء و انظروا الفرق بينهما في الصورة بعد الطهي الاول...
بالنسبة للحشو عملت دجاج و جبن الكامابير(هذاك واش عندي و جبن المثلثات لا اظنه مناسب للوصفة)و المعدنوس فقط ...اما الصلصة عملت طماطم و ثوم و ملح و الكليل و طماطم مصبرة)..
