صينية الشاورما بالصور

المقادير:
نصف دجاجة مسلوقة
3 حبات بطاطا
3 ملاعق مايونيز
3 ملاعق جبن سائل او 4 جبن مثلثات
علبة قشطة
بصلة صغيرة مفرومة ناعم
فصين ثوم مفروم ناعم
قرن فلفل حار حسب الرغبة
نصف ليمونة
3 ملاعق خل
ملعقتان زيت زيتون
ملح
سماق للزينة



الطريقة:
اولا نخلي من العظم و نفتفت الدجاج ثم نتبله ب ( الثوم - الخل - عصير الليمونة -ملح - زيت زيتون ) و ندخله الثلاجة يتتبل لمدة ساعتين
نخرج الدجاج نقوم بوضع البصل المفروم و الفلفل في المقلاة مع زيت زيتون و نقلب حتى يذبل ثم نضيف الدجاج و نقلب باستمرار الى ان يتحمر
- نقطع البطاطا طوليا و نقليها
- نخلط المايونيز + الجبن + القشطة سويا
نبدأ ب صف الطبقات
اولا نضع البطاطا المقلية بالصينية
ثانبا فوق البطاطا نضع الدجاج نوزعه بالكامل على كل الصينية
ثالثا نضع خليط المايونيز على الوجه و ندهن كل الصينية بملعقة صغيرة برفق
نزين بالسماق بالشكل المناسب
ندخل الصينية الفرن للتحمير فقط
تخرج و تقدم
تغمس بالخبز
