السلام عليكم
صادرات الاقتصاد الجزائري في مجملها تقوم على البترول و نسبة قليلةمنها متعلقة بالمحاصيل الزراعية
اما من الناحية الصناعية فلا يوجد شيء يستحق الذكر
السؤال المطروح ما سبب ركود الاقتصاد الصناعي ؟؟
هل بسبب نقص الاستثمار في هذا المجال ام غياب ثقافة الابتكار او هجرة الادمغة ام توجد اسباب اخرى

للاسف حتى مع وجود ثقافة الابتكار فان احباط الشباب اهم ما يميز السياسة الجزائرية

..عدم وجود سبل للابتكار..ايضا لايوجد استثمار..والشباب دوما هوالضحية سواءا هاجر اوبقي بالديار..لاننا وللاسف نفتقد لاهم خصائص مناصب الشغل وفق ارقى معيار..فمثلا دول الخليج واذكر منها قطر فمساحتها صغيرة اذا ما قارناها بالجزائر لكنها تدر الاموال الطائلة والعملات الصعبة وهذا ماتفتقده الجزائر لانها تتعامل لحد الان بالبزنزة..والرشوة..وخراب الديار..
.............وجهة نظري...........والواقع يعكس حقيقة ذلك في خروج ابناء الجنوب.....مطالبين بحقهم في العمل بشركة سوناطراك..التي لا توظف الى بني عم..وللاسف الشديد..يقال انها شركة وطنية..وانما اعدها شركة ومستثمرة خاصة...

اخي في قطر على حد علمي كل شخص له بئر بترول و بالتالي فإنه يبحث عن طريقة ينمي بها امواله و في الجزائر التاميم الذي قام به الراحل هواري بومدين اراد من ورائه ان يعود بالنفع على الشعب الجزائري لكن بعد رحيله عاد بالنفع على اصحاب المصالح الشخصية و خصوصا شكيب خليل

نحن نتفق ان السبب يكمن في العقلية التي تسير بها البلاد اما من الناحية الاقتصداية فغلق منافذ الاسيتراد لن ياتي بجديد لان الشعب الجزائري اعتاد الاشياء المستوردة فلو خيرته بين المنتوج المحلي و المنتوج الاجنبي للختار الاجنبي لسبب غياب الثقة لديه في المنتج المحلي

غياب الدعم والاستثمار طبعا لو نظرنا مثلا الى السلع المستوردة نجد ان معظمها بامكننا صناعتها هنا في الجزائر خاصة فيما يتعلق بالملابس و بعض الاغذية و الاواني يعني والله امور تافهة احيانا عندما اخرج الى السوق واجد ان سلع صينية تافهة غزت اسواقنا من الملابس الى الاواني الى الادوات المدرسية ومعظمها رديئة الجودة احتار كيف وصلنا لهذه الدرجة من الانحطاط - بغض النظر عن الادوات الكهرومنزلية و الماكنات الضخمة - الجزائر ترتبط باتفاقيات اقتصادية مع الصين والدول الموردة ما يجعل اسواقنا غارقة في هذه المنتوجات في مقابل قلة المنتوج الجزائري وكله بسبب التصنيع المحتشم والمصانع وقلة الدعم الحكومي ربما في ظل استراتجية فتح المجال امام المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومشروع انظمام الجزائر الى منظمة التجارة العالمية والذي نتمنى ان يتحقق ستكون لنا خطوة نحو الامام لدفع عجلة التصنيع . شكرا على الموضوع بارك الله فيك

بالنسبة لغياب الدعم و الاستثمار فهي متعلقة بسياسة الدولة و خصوصا البيروقراطية فعند قدوم مستثمر اجنبي يريد الاستثمار في مجال معين فإنه يعاني من مشكل البيروقراطية اما بالنسبة للصناعة المحلية فإن الشعب بحد ذاته لست لديه ثقة في منتجات بلاده الامر الذي ساهم في تدهورها أما بالنسبة لإنضمام الجزائر إلى omc فإنه قد يعود بالنفع كما قد بعود بالضرر لأنه في حالة و ان حدث و إنضمت الجزائر فإنها مطالبة بفتح الأسواق امام المنتجات الاجنبية و تقليل القيود الجمركية الامر الذي يشجع على اغراق السوق الاجنبية بالمنتجات الاجنبية و معظم الشباب لا يفقهون شيئا في الانتاج كل ما يهمهم مشاريع خاصة فردية تذر الارباح و فقط
