المقادير:
العجينة: 500غ زبدة , كاس سكر ناعم ,كاس مايزينة,5مغارف كاكاو(شكولا) , وحدة فاني, وحدة ليفور , الفرينة

الحشو:
250غ زبدة, 7مغارف لحظة,كاس سكر ناعم , مغرف لفاني . مغرف ماء , عصير ليمون حسب الذوق ( انا ندير نصف كاس)

للتزيين:
لوز او بندق او قرقاع
شكلاطة تاع القابسة

طريقة التحضير: بالنسبة للعجينة
نضع الزبدة و السكر الناعم و المايزينة و الكاكاو و الفاني و ليفور و نخلط جيدا حتى يتوحد اللون ثم نضيف الفرينة تدريجيا حتى تتلمد العجينة '''' ملاحظة الفرينة من الاحسن تسيحيها '''
نضع العجينة في كيس ثم نقطع شوية منها و نحلوها بالرورو سمك شوية ما رقيق ما غليظ و نطبعو بالطابع مربع او دائري و رفديها بشوية لان العجينة تكون طرية بزاااف بواسطة (كراتوار تاع الحلويات) معرفتش نسميها ندهن الصينية و نديرولها شوية فرينة و نحطو هم ف الفور

طريقة تحضير الكريمة:
نضع الزبدة و اللحضة و الفاني و الليمون ان حبيتي و خلطي بالباتور
و منبعد زيديلو الماء

منبعد كي يطيبو كامل الاجزاء تاع المانديلا ديريلهم الحشوة و لسقيهم مع بعض و خليهم ينشفو و منبعد غمسيها ف الشكولا و التزيين كيما تحبي و تاني ينشفو شوية على الافل نصف يوم و منبعد ديريهم ف الكيسات
