ثم في مقلاة ضعي الكبد المتبل .... مع الزيت و الثوم و قلي ....شوي على نار هادئة .....اضيفي الطماطم و استمري في الخلط ....

ثم اضيفي الماء ......و ملعقة الطماطم المصبّرة .... خلطي ثم اضيفي القصبر و المعدنوس .....

طريقتنا في الكبدة شرمولة مختلفة اولا نقليوها 10 دقائق في الزيت
و من بعد نحطوها في طبسي
و نرجعوا لهاداك الزيت نقليو فيه شوية ثوم و منبعد حبة طماطيش طايبة مع فلفل اسود حرور شوية كمون فلفل عكري و شوية قرفة و ملعقة طماطيش انتاع الباطا وشوية هريسة.و نمرقوا بفنجان ماء زائد ملعقة من الخل ونضيفوا الكبدة ونخليوها تطيب على نار قليلة و في نصف الطياب نرميو عليها الحشاوش و كي تخثار المرقة نطيفوا عليه وبس.
