بهدف التعريف بواقع ممارسات التدريب الموجه في منظمات الأعمال وتنمية مهارات المشاركين في التعامل مع أنشطته، التعريف بمفهوم وأهمية وأهداف وفلسفة التدريب المؤسسي الموجه ونماذج تطبيقه بالمؤسسات العامة والخاصة، مناقشة مقومات وأساليب تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية المرتبطة بالأداء المؤسسي وعرض منهجية تحديد هذه الاحتياجات، دراسة مداخل تصميم وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية الموجهة بالأداء في ضوء متطلباتها وعناصرها، عرض طرق تقويم أنشطة التدريب الموجه بالأداء وبيان عناصرها ونماذجها ومؤشراتها.
مستهدفين في ذلك: أعضاء الإدارة العليا والوسطى والرؤساء والعاملين فى الأجهزة الحكومية، مديرى الإدارات ورؤساء الأقسام والأخصائيون العاملون فى مجالات التدريب والتطوير الإداري والموارد البشرية وشئون العاملين، والمرشحون لشغل هذه الوظائف.
