مما أحببت طرحه و محاولة فهمه هو كيفية كفالة اليتامى و ذلك ربطا للموضوع :الحرص على الدوام و إن قل"

فبحث قليلا محاولة إيجاد إجابات و حلول لهذا الفعل الخيري و كيف يتم حتى يسمى بمسماه : كفالة يتيم.بالمفهوم الشرعي لها.
فوجدت ما يلي:


"يقول الله جل وعلا في بيان الفئات التي ينبغي للمرء أن يركز عليها في الإنفاق : (يسألونك ما ذا ينفقون قل ما أنفقتم من خير فللوالدين والأقربين واليتامى والمساكين وابن السبيل وما تفعلوا من خير فإن الله به عليم).
[البقرة : 215].
ويقول أيضاً : ( واعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئاً وبالوالدين إحساناً وبذي القربى واليتامى والمساكين والجار ذي القربى والجار الجنب والصاحب بالجنب وابن السبيل وما ملكت أيمانكم ).[ النساء: 36].

وفي الصحيحين من حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " الساعي على الأرملة والمسكين كالمجاهد في سبيل الله" ، وأحسبه قال : "كالقائم الذي لا يفتر وكالصائم الذي لا يفطر". والغالب في اليتيم أن يكون مسكيناً .
وفي البخاري عن سهل بن سعد رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " أنا وكافل اليتيم في الجنة هكذا " وأشار بأصبعيه السبابة والوسطى . وأي منزلةٍ أفضل من ذلك ؟ ، وعن أبي الدرداء رضي الله عنه أنه أتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رجل يشتكي قسوة قلبه فقال له : " أتحب أن يلين قلبك وتدرك حاجتك؟ ارحم اليتيم ، وامسح رأسه وأطعمه من طعامك يلن قلبك وتدرك حاجتك" . أخرجه الطبراني وصححه الألباني، إلى غير ذلك من الأحاديث الواردة في فضل كفالة اليتيم والإحسان إليه .
وهذا باب خير فتحه الله ، فمن كانت عنده استطاعة ، فليبادر إلى فعل الخيرات .

فإن من يكفل يتيماً، ويحسن إليه ينال أجراً عظيماً، كما هو مبين أعلاه
وهذا الأجر يناله كافل اليتيم ولو لم يكفله في بيته، فإن من ينفق على اليتامى، ويكفلهم في الملاجئ والجهات الخيرية الأخرى هو الكافل الحقيقي لهم، إذ الكفالة لليتيم تقوم على أمرين هما:
- الإنفاق عليه.
- والرعاية له.
فمن جمع بينهما، فقد حاز الأجر الأعظم، والثواب الأكمل، ومن قام بالجانب المادي، فقد قام بالأهم في كفالته، فلا يحرم أجر كفالة اليتيم.

أما كفالة اليتيم فغايتها وأمدها إلى أن يستغني اليتيم عن الكفيل، لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: من ضم يتيما بين أبوين مسلمين إلى طعامه وشرابه حتى يستغني عنه وجبت له الجنة البتة . رواه أحمد عن رجل من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وحسنه الهيثمي في المجمع ، وصححه الألباني في صحيح الترغيب. قال الحافظ في الفتح: فيستفاد منه أن للكفالة المذكورة أمداً. اهـ. وعليه، فمن أنفق على يتيم شهرا أو شهرين ثم استغنى اليتيم عن النفقة بالبلوغ أو الغنى أو ما شابه حصل له أجر كفالة اليتيم، وأما إن كان اليتيم ما زال في حاجة إلى نفقة فلا يأخذ الكفيل حينئذ الأجر كاملا لظاهر الحديث السابق، إلا أن تكون النفقة قد قصرت به ولا يجد ما ينفقه على اليتيم، مع حرصه على النفقة فيكتب له الأجر كاملا ـ إن شاء الله تعالى ـ لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إنما الأعمال بالنيات، وإنما لكل امرئ ما نوى. متفق عليه من حديث عمر بن الخطاب، وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: من هم بحسنة فلم يعملها كتبت له حسنة، ومن هم بحسنة فعملها كتبت له عشرا إلى سبعمائة ضعف. رواه مسلم عن أبي هريرة، ورواه البخاري عن ابن عباس في سياق أطول، وروى عن أبي موسى قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إذا مرض العبد أو سافر كتب له من الأجر ما كان يعمل مقيماً صحيحا. قال الحافظ في الفتح : هو في حق من كان يعمل طاعة فمنع منها، وكانت نيته لولا المانع أن يدوم عليها، كما ورد ذلك صريحا عند أبي داود.اهـ.

لم أفهم الإشكال

العبارة أخذتها من موضوعك
إذ الكفالة لليتيم تقوم على أمرين هما:
- الإنفاق عليه.
- والرعاية له.

إذن كفالة اليتيم لها جانبان جانب مادي (الإنفاق) وجانب معنوي ونفسي وعاطفي (رعاية له)

قد لا نستطيع الأمرين على أتم وجه
فعلى الأقل نقوم بالقليل من ذلك، وضربت مثالين :

الاول عن الإنفاق
الثاني عن الرعاية النفسية والمعنوية لليتيم كزيارته وتفقد أحواله، هل مرض، هل درس، هل ظلم، مامشاكله، وعلى الأقل يد حانية تمر على شعره
