 مسألة تدخل الأهل غير قابلة للاختيار
تدخل الأهل مفيد وبنّاء في تعليم أولادهم , لذلك السؤال الذي يطرح نفسه هو : الى أي مدى يمكن تدخل الأهل , وفي أي معايير ؟!
الأبحاث الاجتماعية والتاريخية أظهرت نتائج ايجابية للعلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع , بعد هذه الأبحاث ظهرت العديد من التيارات المؤيدة ومنها المعارضة لتدخل الأهل , لذا علينا طرح العديد من الأسئلة مثل : ما هي الظروف والطرق التي تحث على وجوب تدخل الأهل , وأي نوع من التدخل , وبأي معيار ممكن قياس تدخل الأهل بشكل ايجابي ؟
يوجد عدة نظريات لها آراء مختلفة في هذا الموضوع :
نظرية 1 : والتي ترى في العائلة كوكيل لدعم الأولاد لأن يكونوا جزء من المجتمع , العائلة هي المسبب الرئيسي والهام في تربية الأولاد , لذا تجاهل هذه المؤسسة ( العائلة ) تؤدي إلى نتائج غير مفيدة , لهذه النظرية يوجد العديد من الآراء المؤيدة , مثلا بعد الثورة الصناعية في العالم العربي يزداد النفور من المدن الكبرى , وتتطور الحاجة بمجتمع ذو قيم وأخلاق والذي يوفر للفرد الدعم والشعور بالانتماء , وبعدم وجود هذه القيم يصعب توفيرها للأولاد .
نظرية 2 ( نظرية السوق ) : والتي تقول أنه كي يتم الوصول الى نتائج ايجابية وتجديدات والحصول على تحصيل عالي , فاننا ملزمين باحداث تغيير جذري بمبنى المدرسة , بحيث يكون طلابها راضين , حيث أن للمؤسسة الناجحة ( المدرسة ) يصل عدد أكبر من التلاميذ وأكثرهم طلاب جيدون, والقوى العاملة ( المدرسين ) ذو كفاءات عالية . هذا الرأي يؤكد أهمية القيم والحرية والديموقراطية , حيث يجب بناء المدرسة بحيث تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الاختلافات الموجودة بين الطلاب كل حسب عالمه الخاص واحتياجاته . ومن حق الأهل التدخل ببناء البرنامج التربوي التعليمي , حيث أن التربية التي لا تهتم بهذه الاختلافات لا تجدي نفعا.
من الواضح أن التعاون بين هاتان المؤسستان ( العائلة والمدرسة ) يأتي بنتائج ايجابية وبنّاءة , الا أن هنالك من له رأي معاكس تماما , بحيث يقول بأنه يجب تغيير أسلوب الادارة وأسلوب تعليم الهيئة التدريسية , وكل الطاقم الاداري ( الهيئة التدريسية ) , حيث يجب التوفير للطلاب طرق واستراتيجيات اتصال جديدة ومفتوحة للحصول على معلومات من أكثر من مصدر . كما أنه الحال بالنسبة لطرق التعليم , حيث يجب اجراء فحوصات تشخيصية , بحيث تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الاختلافات بين الطلاب . كما أنه يجب توفير الوسائل وبناء طرق ومعايير للقاء بين المدرسة والأهل .
يمكن الاستنتاج أن لتدخل الأهل تكون نتائج ايجابية , ويجب البدء بتغيير جدي للمبنى ولأسلوب المدرسة والأهل .
من تحليل حالات الصراع بين الأهل والمدرسة ظهرت العديد من المميزات :
- كل طرف من الأطراف يلقي المسؤولية على الطرف الآخر والامتناع عن تحمل المسؤولية الشخصية , وهذا بسبب عدم الثقة المتبادلة بين الطرفين في القدرة على احداث تغيير والتجديد , حيث أن هدف الأهل يتناقض مع هدف المدرسة , ممّا يولد صراع وأزمة عند الأهل بسبب عدم تحقيق توقعاتهم عند ابنهم من قبل المدرسة . وهذا بسبب عدم توفر الوسائل المتخصصة لايجاد حلول لهذه الأزمات .
لكي تكون العلاقة بين المدرسة والأهل علاقة ناجحة , فالرؤية التربوية تتضمن العديد من المركبات :
- ثقتنا بالسيطرة والتحكم بالمحصول ( النتائج ) , من خلال احترام الآخر والايمان بقدرته على التطور بشكل دائم .
- نظرية ضد وضع وصمات وضد الايمان بوجود أسباب خارجية لقدراتنا ولقدرات الآخرين . هذا التوجه يؤدي الى قيم متبادلة من الاحترام والتوقعات الايجابية , وتقوي الدافع الى ايجاد الحلول البديلة للمشاكل التي تظهر.
- تطور الوعي للعلاقة المتبادلة بين المدرسة والأهل .
- النظرة الى المدرسة كمؤسسة متطورة هدفها الأول والأخير نجاح الفرد .
- الوعي والفهم بأن التعليم المفيد مبني على عمليات داخلية عند كل فرد , وكل فرد يختلف عن الآخر .
الانقلاب في تدخل الأهل في المدرسة نتج من سببين :
1) التقليص من الوسائل
2) الهبوط المتواصل بمنصب المعلمين , والشعور بعدم الثقة بجهاز التربية.
في الماضي عندما كانت مؤسسة المدرسة والعائلة منفردتان كان ممكنا الحديث عن اشتراك وتقرب الأهل من المدرسة , أما اليوم عند وجود الأهل داخل مؤسسة المدرسة , فكلمة اشتراك توقظ مشاعر الخوف والقلق .
كلمة اشتراك تسبب أوهام متبادلة التي من الصعب تحقيقها, حيث أن الأهل يملكون قوة الضغط الكبرى , حيث يجب استخدام هذه القوة بشكل ايجابي وبنّاء بايمان خاص لكل مدرسة, هذا الايمان يكون نتيجة اشتراك متبادل بين الأهل والمدرسة . وأيضا يجب أن يكون ملائماً لحاجيات وتغيرات المدرسة والمجتمع .
هذا الايمان يجب أن يتضمن ثلاثة مجالات :
1) معرفة : أي معرفة معلومات من الأهل عن الولد , أو معرفة أوضاع اجتماعية عن العائلة مثل الطلاق , أو اعطاء معلومات للأهل عن الولد من قبل المدرسة , مثل تعرضهم للضرب في البيت .
2) لجان : ما هي صلاحيات اللجان ؟ من يجلس باللجان ؟
كثير من الصراعات تنشب عقب اتخاذ قرارات في جلسات مغلقة من قبل هذه اللجان .
3) اتصال : هو الاتصال بين الأهل والمدرسة , في الأساس تَلائم التوقعات بينهم .
ايمان كهذا, المتجدد دائما لا يمنع من ظهور صراعات واختلاف في الآراء , ولكن يمكن تذويت هذه الصراعات والتأقلم معها , بحيث لا تمس التصور الذاتي للفرد أو للفرد الآخر .
وهذا الايمان يعطي المجال للأهل في التأثير على الجهاز التربوي في ابداء آرائهم المهنية , وأحيانا النضال من أجلهم , وفي النهاية هذا النضال يكون لصالح الأولاد .
