السلام عليكم
حتى تكوني اجمل الجميلات اذا عليك أن تتبعي ما هو آتي :

عصير الليمون :

عصير الليمون من أفضل المنظفات الطبيعية للبشرة . كما يمتاز بتأثيرة القابض للبشرة ولليمون كذلك أثر مقاوم للنمش ومحسن للون البشرة . كما يستخدم عصير الليمون لإزالة صفرة الأسنان وذلك على الفرشاة أوعلى قطعة قطن لدعك الأسنان .

* الجزر :-

الجزر من أغنى النباتات بفيتامين " أ" الذى يغذى الجلد ولذا يدخا الجزر فى تركيب كثير من الكريمات والأقنعة .

* القرنفل :-

القرنفل له مفعول منعش ومطهر للبشرة ولذا يفيد فى علاج حبوب الوجه التى تكمن بها الجراثيم والبؤر العفنة .

* القرفة :-

يستخدم الزيت المستخرج من القرفة فى عمل المساج حيث يفيد الجلد ويغذيه كما يستخدم كعلاج للجلد من حروق الشمس . كما يفيد زيت القرفة فى تقوية الأسنان .

* البابونج :-

نظرا لمفعولة المجمل للبشرة يدخل البابونج فى تركيب القناعات والكريمات ويضاف منقوع البابونج لحمام الماء كما أنه يساعد على زوال حبوب الوجه ويقاوم تهيج الجلد .

* اللافندر :-

وله تأثير معطر وملين ومجمل للبشرة .

* النعناع :-

يمتاز النعناع بتأثيرة الرطب للجلد كما يساعد على صفاء البشرة وزوال الحبوب منها ويمكن إضافتة لماء الحمام لأغراض التجميل .

* حبة البركة :-

تستخدم زيت حبة البركة كمنظف قوى للبشرة ومضاد للالتهابات ويدخل فىتركيب شامبوهات الأعشاب لغسل الشعر حيث يقويه وينعمه .


* الورد :-

يتميز ماء الورد بكثير من الأغراض التجميلية فهو ينعم البشرة ويجملها ويساعد على زوال التشققات عنها وينظف المسام . كما يضاف ماء الورد لماء الحمام لأغراض التجميل بالاضافة لتأثيرة المنعش .

* الزعتر :-

يساعد الزعتر على التئام الجروح والتشققات وله تأثير مطهر للجلد ويدخل فى تركيب الكريمات والمنظفات وشامبوهات الشعر .

* الكرنب :-

يحتوى الكرنب على معادن وفيتامينات مغذية للبشرة .... ولهذا الغرض تغلى مجموعة من أوراق الكرنب فى كمية قليلة من الماء ويستخدم ماء الكرنب الناتج باردا لدهان الوجه .

** البطاطس :-

- لزوال التورم أسفل العينين توضع شريحة من البطاطس فوق كل عين .

- لعلاج حساسية الجلد الموضعية استخدام شرائح البطاطس بوضعها فوق المكان المصاب ويمكن دهان المكان بعصير البطاطس .

* اللوز :-

يعتبر زيت اللوز من أهم وسائل تجميل البشرة ... فهو يشد الجلد ويمنع ترهلهويعالج الهالات السوداء التى تظهر تحت العينين بالإضافة لمفعولة الملين والمجمل للبشرة .

* المشمش :-

يمتاز المشمش باحتوائه على كمية وفيرة من فيتامين "أ" وهو أهم الفيتامينات التى يحتاجها الجلد . كما يمتاز بمفعولة المقاوم للتجاعيد والتشققات لذلك يدخل فى تركيبالكريمات والأقنعة .

* البقدونس :

يستخدم لعلاج الوجه من الحبوب والبثور ولهذا الغرض يغسل الوجه مرتين يوميا بعصير أو منقوع البقدونس .

* البرتقال :

لنعومة بشرة اليدين وتألقها استفيدى من العصارة الموجودة بقشر البرتقال ( بعد نزعه من الثمرة ) وامسحى بها يديك متى حانت الفرصة فهذا غذاء طبيعى للجلد يكسبه رونقا وجمالا .

* الخيار :

فمن أشهر استعمالات الخيار هو وضع الشرائح فوق العينين كعلاج للهالات السوداء التى تظهر بأسفل العينين وكعلاج للعين المجهدة . كما يوصف الخيار لعلاج تجاعيد الوجه وذلك بوضع الشرائح من فوق أماكن التجاعيد بصفة يومية كما يوصف لعلاج النمش وذلك بأن تنقع شرائح الخيار فى الحليب قبل غليه عدة ساعات ويغسل به الوجه كمايساعد عصير الخيار على تقليل إفراز الدهون .. بذلك يناسب البشرة الدهنية .
