ذكرت الأبحاث المتخصصة في الجسم والغذاء أن كل فاكهة أو نبات أو خضرة يشير شكله إلى العضو الذي يفيده.. وإليك بعض الأمثلة..


جزرة مقطوعة بشكل عرضي.. تشبه عدسة العين .. فعلاً أثبتت الأبحاث أن الجزر مفيد جداً للنظر.
