في ذكرى الربيع البربري..أطالب بترسيم اللغة الفرنسية في الدستور!
النكتة الدستورية تقول: إن اللغة الرسمية في الجزائر هي اللغة العربية، وإن الأمازيغية لغة وطنية.
اذهب-إن شئت- إلى أقرب محطة للقطار في بلادنا، وستسمع الإعلان عن انطلاق القطار الفلاني كالتالي:
"القطار المتواجد بالمحطة على الخط...الرصيف...باتجاه محطة......، والانطلاق على الساعة ....."
وبعدها مباشرة:
Le train en gare sur la ligne n0 ….. quai n0…… est en destination de la gare de ………. Depart a…..
إن أي شخص عاقل –من خارج الجزائر- له أذنين، وعقل يميز به بين اللغات، تكفيه لحظة واحدة في محطة القطار أو في غيرها من المرافق العامة في بلادنا – سيادية كانت أو "عبيدية"- ليجيب لو سئل: ما هي-حسب ظنك- اللغات الوطنية في هذا البلد الموتور (لغويا)؟ لأجاب بلا تردد: العربية والفرنسية! إذ لا معنى للصدع بالفرنسية –نطقا وكتابة- في المحافل الرسمية والشعبية إلا لأنها لغة القوم في "دستورهم".
في نفسي شيء..بل أشياء من "نضال" أصحاب القضية البربرية في الجزائر، لأن حادي كثير منهم إلى "النضال" المزعوم الشعوبية، ودعوى الجاهلية، ومضارة لغة القرآن فالقرآن بعدها، ولكني أعترف لهم بشيء: صبرهم وثباتهم في نضالهم، وبذلهم النفس والنفيس في سبيل خدمة قضيتهم، حتى حققوا مكاسب لا يستهان بها.
ورغم "الأشياء" التي في نفسي من أصحاب القضية البربرية، فإني أفضل ألف مرة أن تُحترم النكتة الدستورية (العربية ثم الأمازيغية) في محطة القطار وفي غيرها، على أن تزاحم الفرنسية العربية في بلد الأمازيغ والعرب.
إن العبرة التي ينبغي أن نستخلصها من "الربيع البربري" أن النصر اللغوي والثقافي، لا يكون بالاتكال على "نُكت" الدستور التي يتشدق بها كل مسئول إذا دعي إلى احترام اللغة الوطنية، وأن اللغة العربية في أمان.. "محروزة" بمادة دستورية صارت كأنها تميمة يتعلقها الجاهل حفظا من نوائب الحدثان، بل يكون بعمل جاد وطويل، ونضال مرير، يعيد للعربية مكانها ومجدها في بلاد أريقت فيها ألف ألف وخمسمائة ألف روح لتطرد فرنسا ولغتها.
في انتظار ذلك.. أطالب بترسيم اللغة الفرنسية في الدستور -ولو ككذبة أبريلية- عسى أن ينتبه أولئك الذين ينامون ملئ أعينهم أمنا على العربية والإسلام في الجزائر، اتكالا على :" العربية هي اللغة الرسمية" و"الإسلام دين الدولة"، ألا فانهضوا!

ليتهم يغيرون الفرنسية بالأمازيغية على الأقل هي إرث ثقافي للشعب الجزائري.
كنت كتبت موضوع منذ سنة حول قضية من يتاجرون بالأمازيغية.

و الأمر الثاني ألم ترى أن المسؤولين أنفسهم يتكلمون الفرنسية في إنتهاك واضح للدستور.فما فائدة وضع مواد لتنتهك؟

حقّا هي نكتة دستورية، وليس الأمر عفوّيا أو تاريخيا فقط ( بإعتبار أن الطبقة الحاكمة الحالية من جيل التعليم الفرنسي) ولكنه إستعمار لغوي مدبّر ولتسمح لي بإستعراض هذين النموذجين:
-في التعليم العالي الجزائري يوجد تحصص واحد -حسب علمي- يُعنى بأصول نشر الكتب وهو تخصص يُدرس بعد الحصول على الليسانس في "اللغة الفرنسية وآدابها"، لماذا؟ حتى يكون أحسن الناشرين في هذا البلد هو الناشر الفرونكوفوني الذي يصدر كتبا بلغة بيجار.
-تخصص آخر في تعليمنا العالي هو تخصص الصحافة المتخصصة، هذا الآخر تُعطى دروسه باللغة الفرنسية على الرغم من أغلب من يفترض أن تقدّم لهم دروسه وشهاداته من طلبة الإعلام والحقوق والعلوم السياسية والإجتماعية ( تخصصات معرّبة)، لماذا؟ حتى يكون الصحفي الأخسن تكوينّا والأكثر تخصصا في البلاد هو الصحفي الفرونكوفوني...

هي حكاية ذلك الراعي الرحالة الذي يتنقل من مكان لآخر بحثا عن العشب والمرعى لغنمه، وإذا به في إحدى الليالي يسمع العتروس( التيس) يحدث نبيبا (ولغويا صوت التيس كما وجدته في المعجم)، ولما استيقظ الراعي في الصباح سأل تيسه عن سبب الصوت المزعج الذي كان يحدثه بالليل والناس نيام؟، فأجاب التيس (أنه يبحث عن معزة ليطأها)، فسأله مرة أخرى "وكم تنجب المعزةمنك؟" قال العتروس: "مرة جديا واحدا ومرة اثنين" فرد عليه الراعي "اتبعني.."، ليريه في مكان غير بعيد خنزيرة (حلوفة) وبحولها 12 مولودا يرضعونها، فقال له:
"أرأيت، كل هذا العدد تم بصمت"،

وعليه فالفرنسية تنتشر بصمت وبإرادتنا وأموالنا وبمدارسنا ، وتتوالد وتنتج (إنتاج الحلالف وبصمت)، في حين أننا مكثروا الصخب ومحدثوا الضجيج بلا توالد مثمر ولا أنتاج فعلي يُذكر ؟ فنحن حاليا من الأمم القوالة وليس من الأمم الفعالة وبصمت؟
