لا يختلف اثنان على ان هدا الاسم -الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية - ماهو الا اسم للاستهلاك الهوة بين الشعب والنظام كبيرة جدا يا سيدي كيف يمكن للمواطن ان يحمي بلده من الفساد في غياب الشفافية كل شيء يحدث في الكواليس فهل يعلم واحد من عامة الشعب البسيط من الحاكم الحقيقي للبلاد ؟؟؟ هل يعرف الشعب البسيط من هو المسؤول الحقيقي او المسؤولون الحقيقيون في فضائح سوناطراك و فضائح السكن - كل واحد يمس الموس في لاخر - ادا كانت السلطة الرابعة وتشتكي من شح المصادر فيما يتعلق بالقضايا المدوية فمن اين للشعب ان ياتي بالخبر اليقين حتى يستطيع ان يحاسب او ان يرفع حتى قلمه عبر كل ما وسع من فضاءات ولو باضعف الايمان - شكرا على الطرح

فلا أرى له فعالية في هذه الملفات

ان هول و فظاعة الفساد الذي مس قطاعات كثيرة يستحيل ان يكون من صنيع شخص واحد او مجموعة افراد فقط...حسب علمي فان مؤسسات الدولة بها موظفون بسطاء و من عامة الشعب و اخبار كالتي نسمعها اليوم اكيد وصلتهم قبلنا و علموا بها...فلماذا سكتوا و لم يفضحوا رؤسائهم؟؟؟لو كان الامر بيدي لشمل العقاب هؤلاء ايضا...فسكوتهم يعتبر تواطؤ منهم...
على الموظف البسيط ان يتحلى بالاخلاق و الشجاعة حتى يقف في وجه رئيسه دون الخوف من فقدان وظيفته...
