ثورة الأرقام و ثروة السراق

لعل ما يعجب له المواطن الجزائري خلال السنوات الاخيرة هو الكم الهائل من الأرقام التي لا تنتهي أصفارها إلا و قد فعلت فعلتها في رفع ضغط الدم و نسبة السكر ..تطالعنا الأخبار دوريا بإحصاءيات و أرقام أقل ما يقال عنها أنها ثورة قائمة بحد ذاتها نستطيع أن نسميها ثورة مضادة لثورات البطالين و الجياع و المقيمين في العراء ..إن الأرقام المتداولة هاته الأيام أصبحت مهنة و حرفة و تخصص من لا تخصص له فمن أرقام ملايين السكنات التي لا أثر لها في الواقع إلا بالالاف إلى أرقام عدد البطالين و نسبة التضخم و من على شاكلتهما ..حتى أن أحد المختصين في علم الأرقام قال لنا أن هناك 14 مليون إمرأة عانس ؟؟ و هو رقم عجيب يخيل لنا أنه في بلد أقل شيئ عدد سكانه بلغ الــ 60 مليون نسمة، أما عن أرقام الفساد و السرقات فحدث ولا حرج فقد حطمت كل الأرقام القياسية و أسست لطبقة فاحشة الثراء من السراق بإسم المناصب التي شغلوها، هل تعلمون أن تبديد 3700 مليار في اخر رقم لفضيحة سوناطراك يعادل وحده 6450 كلم من أوراق 1000 دج مصطفة امام بعضها البعض اما عاشور عبد الرحمن فلوحده إلتهم 4800 كلم من دون أنت نحتسب أرقام الخليفة و فضائج سوناطراك بمجملها حتى لا نجد انفسنا وصلنا لكوكب المشتري أو اورانوس، إن المواطن البسيط في ظل كل هذا الزخم من الأرقام الكيلموترية لا يحلم إلا براتب محترم و سكن لائق و حياة إجتماعية هادئة و عدد قليل من الأرقام يستطيع أن يستوعبها عقله و يحملها جيبه البارد و هذا أضعف الإيمان

صرنا نسمع العجب، فلقد بلغنا مرحلة جد متقدمة و متعفنة من الفساد تبدأ من أسفل الهرم و تنتهي في قمته فالكل يحلب قدر استطاعته، هناك من يسترق قطرات من الحنفية و اخر فتح الحنفية على مصرعيها و ثالث استعمل الكمبرسور و هنا من أخذ الحاسي برمته و على قول أحدهم: حاسي رمل و حاسي مسعود، الحاسي و الحاسي داوهم و بقي مسعود يحرس الرمل.

إن الأرقام المتداولة هاته الأيام أصبحت مهنة و حرفة و تخصص من لا تخصص له فمن أرقام ملايين السكنات التي لا أثر لها في الواقع إلا بالالاف إلى أرقام عدد البطالين و نسبة التضخم و من على شاكلتهما


لكن الذي يحيرني أكثر أخي عبدالرحمن أن بعض المنكرين لثورة الأرقام هذه وتضخيمها لايتورعون أن يضخموا عناوينهم وأصبحت مهنة وحرفة وتخصص حاملي أقلام جرائد لا أقلام لديهم

لذلك أحيانا لا أتعجب فقط من هذا الفساد المالي الطويل العريض

لكن أيضا أتعجب من المتعجبين وهم أنفسهم أعجوبة زمن

لتتعجب من هذا الفساد القلمي الذي إسمه العناوين المضخمة بالكذب الذي دخل مسلسه أشهرا ولم ينته بعد !!!

عندما تفتقد البلد لبرامج حقيقية تصبح لغة الارقام المبالغ فيها هي الحل لتبرير الفشل, وعندما يصبح المال سائب يصبح الفساد هو المسيطر, فعندما يصرح مدراء البنوك ان فائض المال تجاوز الحد وان خزائن البنوك لم تعد تستوعب الملايير المكدسة وان هذه البنوك لم تجد اين تصرف هذا المال عندها مؤكد سنرى العشرات, بل المئات مثل عاشور عبد الرحمن. البلد بحاجة لاصلاح شامل وبداية الاصلاح من البنوك بتحريرها ومنحها الاستقلالية لاستثمار اموالها بمشاريع تنموية..

يظهر الامر أنها مجرد أرقام لا غير وسرعان ما تزول وتأتي بعدها أرقام أخرى
متى يصبح الإعلام في الجزائر وسيلة هادفة وليس وسيلة خاصة
تبقى الحقيقة هي الضحية الأولى
