أسرار التمر والإعجاز في تناول سبع تمرات

يعتبر التمر من الفواكه المفيدة جدا لجسم الانسان حيث أعطى له الرسول الكريم عليه صلوات الله وسلامه أهمية خاصة في غذاء المؤمن خصوصاً في شهر رمضان الكريم. والله تبارك وتعالى قد كرّر ذكر النخيل في كتابه المجيد كثيراً، وجعله طعام أهل الجنة، فما هي أسرار هذه المادة الغذائية؟ وهل من الممكن أن نفكّر بالتمر كمادة علاجية نستخدمها لعلاج أمراض محددة؟ وماذا يقول العلماء حديثاً عن التمر؟ يُعتبر التمر من أكثر المواد غذاءً وقد يسميه البعض "خبز الصحراء"، ويحتوي أكثر من ثلثيه مواد سكرية طبيعية. وقد نالت هذه الفاكهة اهتمام الحضارات القديمة منذ أكثر من خمسة آلاف سنة. فقد اعتبرها قدماء المصريين رمزاً للخصوبة، أما الرومان واليونانيون فقد زينوا بها مواكب النصر الفخمة . والآن يتم إنتاجه بكميات كبيرة في الجزيرة العربية وإيران ومصر والعراق وإسبانيا وإيطاليا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. ويوجد أكثر من 600 نوع من أنواع التمر
ان كل مائةغرام من التمر تحتوي على 318 سعراً حرارياً يقابلها 315 سعراً حرارياً في كل مائة جرام من العسل وأن التمرة الواحدة تمدك بسعرات حرارية تكفي لمجهود يوم كامل ملؤه النشاط والحيوية
من عجائب التمر انه لا ينقل الجراثيم أو الميكروبات وأن السوس الذي الذي بداخله (( التمر القديم )) يلتهم الاميبا ويفتك بالجراثيم التي قد تصيب الانسان .
كما ان الذي يأكل التمر يوميا لا يقربه الجن ...فقد اكتشف منذ وقت قريب أن أكل التمر يولد هالة زرقاء اللون حول جسم الإنسان ، و وجد أن تلك الهالة الطبيعية ذات اللون الأزرق تشكل درعاً واقياً و حاجزاً مانعاً لعديد من الأمواج الكهرومغناطيسية اللامرئية من الجن و الحسد و السحر ، و من أهم العناصر الموجودة بالتمر التي تولد هذه الهالة عنصر الفسفور الغتي بالإلكترونات و الذي يولد إشعاعات تألفية فوسفورية تدعم الطيف الأزرق و التي تزيل الشحنات الموجبة التي يحبها الجن ، ورد في صحيح بخاري عن الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم أنه فال "من تصبح كل يوم سبع تمرات عجوة لم يضره في ذلك اليوم سم و لا سحر" .

-من الأغذية الغنية بعنصر المغنيسيوم التي تحمي من مرض السرطان
-له أثراً كبيراً على تهئة الأعصاب بالنسبة للمصابين بالأمراض العصبية
-فيه مزيج طبيعي من الحديد والكالسيوم يهضمه البدن ويستقبله بسهولة
الحكمة من تناول التمر بعدد فردي :
حذر الاطباء من الاكثار من تناول التمر بكثرة لمرضى السكر , لأنه يرفع نسبة السكر لديهم ,
كما حذر الاطباء مرضى الكلى من تناول التمور بكثرة , لأنه يرفع نسبة البوتاسيوم لديهم ,
وحثت السنة النبوية على تناول التمور باعداد فردية ( واحدة أو ثلاث أو خمس .... )
فقد اكتشف باحث امريكي مؤخراً فائدة تناول الرطب أو التمر باعداد فردية ,
إذ تبين له
ان في حالة تناول التمور باعداد فردية تتحول السكريات الى كربوهيدرات تكسب الجسم طاقة ,
أما إذا تم تناولها بعداد زوجية , فإن السكريات تتحول الى سكاكر وبوتاسيوم , ما يتسبب في التأثير على وظائف الكلى .
