سائق الحافلة "نيكولاس مادورو" خليفة تشافيز يفوز برئاسة فنزويلا
أعلنت لجنة الانتخابات الفنزويلية فوز نيكولاس مادورو نائب الرئيس الراحل هوغو شافيز بنسبة 50,66% من أصوات الناخبين على منافسه أنريكي كابريليس بعد تحذير الأخير مما وصفه بخطة لتغيير نتائج اختيار الناخبين.

وقد بدأ أنصار مادورو بالإحتفال بإطلاق المفرقعات في سماء العاصمة كاراكاس حسبما أظهرت لقطات تلفزيونية بينما لم تظهر المعارضة في الساعة التالية على إعلان النتائج ردة فعلها على النتيجة المعلنة.

لكن قبيل إعلان النتائج كان مرشح المعارضة الفنزويلية قد حذر -في تغريدة على موقع تويتر "الفنزويليين والعالم من وجود خطة لتزوير إرادة الشعب"، في إشارة لنتائج الانتخابات الرئاسية التي اختتمت فجر اليوم الإثنين. وقد أكد أنصاره صحة ما جاء في التغريدة، في حين اعتبرتها الحكومة "عملا غير مسؤول".

جاء ذلك بُعيد إغلاق مراكز التصويت بفنزويلا. وقالت ساندرا أوبليتاس -من المجلس الوطني الانتخابي- إن "العملية الانتخابية جرت بشكل طبيعي وهادئ تماما". وأضافت أن المكاتب التي يوجد فيها ناخبون ستبقى مفتوحة حتى يدلوا بأصواتهم.

وتشغر المعارضة براحة ونشوة كبيرتين، وتحاول تعميم هذا الشعور على أنصارها والمشهد الانتخابي برمته، أما مرشح الحزب الحاكم فأكد ثقته في الفوز، وسربت أوساط حملته أن نسبة الاقتراع تبلغ نحو 63%، دون صدور بيان رسمي عن النسبة النهائية.

وكشف مراسلون عن أجواء حذر وترقب تعيشها البلاد، وخصوصا أن كابريليس الذي دعا خلال إدلائه بصوته إلى ما سماها ديمقراطية حقيقية لحكم البلاد، قال إنه لا يثق بالحَكم (اللجنة الوطنية للانتخابات) واتهمها بالتسيّس، منددا بـ"تجاوزات" أرتكبت خلال الإنتخابات.

وبدورهم، وصف المراقبون الدوليون العملية الانتخابية بـ"العادية"، إلا أن المعارضة قالت إنها سجلت "أكثر من ألف خرق في مراكز الاقتراع".

أما منافسه مادورو -الذي ترجح استطلاعات الرأي فوزه في الانتخابات- فقد شدد على تمسكه بنهج الرئيس الراحل، وندد بـ"تدخل" الولايات المتحدة في بلاده، مؤكدا أنه سيقدم "أدلة جديدة" على هذا التدخل بعد انتهاء عملية التصويت. وقال "مع الولايات المتحدة هناك دائما مشاكل لأنهم ما زالوا يتآمرون".

وحض مادورو مناصريه على تحقيق "رغبة القائد الأخيرة، ومتابعة إرثه" في وجه من وصفهم بالبرجوازيين والفاشيين. ووفق محللين، فإن إستراتيجية مادورو تقوم على تجسيد كل ما يرمز إليه شافيز، وعلى تحقيق "رغبته الأخيرة".
