25 حبة اساور نحتاج

مكوناتللعجينة:

ثلاثة -كيلات من الفرينة / 1/2 كيلا من زبدة / 2 ملعقة طعام مسحوق السكر / ماء الزهر /ملون غذائي

للحشوة:

200G من اللوز المطحون / السكر 25G / 1 ملعقة كبيرة من الزبدة / ماء زهرة

للتزيين:

عسل / حلوة فضية او الي عندك
تحضير الحشوة: تخلط جميع المكونات معا وتخلط بماء زهر ،وشكليها خواتم او (أساور) ،

إعداد العجين:

أخلطي الفرينة والسكر والزبدة، واخلطي الخليط مع ماء زهر ،

اقسمي على 2، وخلي كرة بلون الأبيض ولوني القسم الاخر بلون تاني،

افتحي العجين رقيقة، وقطعي إلى دوائر 8 سم :
