مدينة مراكش أو المدينة الحمراء هي عاصمة المغرب في حقبة سابقة . وتعتبر أكبر مدينة بعد الدار البيضاء و الرباط. فهي تقع في وسط المغرب عند منطقة السهول المدارية، ويعود تاريخ نشأتها إلى قيام الدولة المرابطية إذ تعتبر عنصرا حيويا لاقتصاد وثقافة المغرب نظرا لما تزخر به من إرث حضاري كبير فهي تعتبر قبلة للسياحة العالمية ومقرا للمؤتمرات الدولية ذات المستوى الرفيع، لتحتل بذلك مكانة خاصة في المغرب الحديث.

فمراكش من كبرى الأقطاب السياحية في المغرب وتجتذب السياحة الأوروبية على وجه الخصوص وتستقطب أيضا كبرى الفعاليات داخل المدينة.
بين أحضان مدينة مراكش يتواجد مركز للتداوي بالأعشاب الطبيعية وهو مركز الدكتور محمد الهاشمي الذي يعرف توافد عدد كبير من الناس الذين يبحثون عن الدواء الأنسب لأمراض مستعصية وأخرى مزمنة يصعب علاجها بالأدوية الكيماوية.
يتسم المركز بحسن استقبال المرضى الذين يتوافدون من مختلف مناطق المغرب وبالتحديد مدينة آسفي و ورزازات و بنجرير و الصويرة وغيرها من المناطق المجاورة للمدينة الحمراء،ومن بين الأمراض التي يستقبلها المركز مرض السرطان و الروماتيزم و الأمراض النفسية كالسحر والمس،حيث يتم تشخيص الحالة المرضية لكل مريض ويتم إعطاء الجرعة المناسبة بحسب أعراض المرض.

والجرعة تتكون من عسل وأعشاب طبيعية و ماء مقروء عليه ما تيسر من الآيات القرآنية و زيوت طبيعية،ويتم تحفيظ الجرعة في معمل خاص بعد أن يخضع للتنظيف و الفحص الدقيق ثم يتم تعبئتها وإقفالها بشكل محكم.

والجرعة يتم أخذها بعد ثلاثة أيام من الطلب حيث يدلي المريض بنسخة من بطاقة التعريف الوطنية بالإضافة إلى تحاليل مخبرية تفسر حالة المصاب.
وبعد استلام الجرعة يحظى المريض بشرح واضح لكيفية استعمال الجرعة من طرف موظفات المركز وبعدها تبدأ رحلة العلاج.
تختلف عدد الجرعات المتناولة وذلك بحسب الحالة المرضية لكل مصاب وكذا بحسب تطور المرض. فهناك حالات يتم شفاءها انطلاقا من الجرعة الأولى وحالات أخرى يظل شفاءها رهين بالمرحلة التي وصل إليها المرض،وكيفية تتبع المصاب لطريقة الاستعمال الصحيحة للجرعة.
