اعتدنا على قراءة أخبار قضايا الفساد التي تهز الرأي العام الوطني الذي كان له اثر سيئ على الشارع الجزائري و على الجو الاجتماعي العام.
كلما سمع المواطنون بقضية فساد كلما اهتز الشارع و عمت الفوضى في حياة المواطنين الذين في اغلب الأحيان لا يصرحون بالأسباب الحقيقية التي تجعلهم يقومون بهذه السلوكيات اللاحضارية و السلبية.
فعلا الكبار مثل سيئ للصغار فكلما كان المنصب الذي يتقلده المواطن مهما كلما كانت مسئوليته اكبر و أهم إلا أن المسئولين الجزائريين أهانوا مناصبهم و أهانوا المواطن البسيط وتناسوا سبب وجودهم في مناصبهم.
فكلما أفصحت وسائل الإعلام عن قضية من قضايا الفساد الثقيلة عمت الفوضى ليصرخ المواطن نصيبه من التركة و كان الجزائر ذلك الأب الذي لم يتذكره أبناءه إلا يوم وفاته.
إن السياسة الداخلية الفاسدة و التي أعطت الحق لكبار المسئولين في النهب و تبديد المال العام هم و أهاليهم صغارا و كبارا جعل من المواطن الجزائري يظن انه من حقه هو كذلك النهب و اخذ كل ما يريده من سكن و عمل ...و...و...و...و لو بالقوة و دون مقابل.
فكل صباح تغلق الطرق من طرف المواطنين هنا و هناك للاحتجاج على إقصائهم و لأنهم لم يحظوا بسكن أو شغل و و ينسون هم كذلك إنهم يعطلون إخوانهم المواطنين من عمال و طلاب و سائقين و مرضى الخ....عن مصالحهم و واجباتهم. و بالتالي فهؤلا المواطنون ليسوا أحسن من أولئك المسئولين الذين نهبوا خيرات الوطن هم و أقاربهم و فرقوا بين جهات البلاد حيث صارت الهوة صارخة بين الفقير و الغني والشرق و الغرب و الشمال و الجنوب.
و بمناسبة يوم ذكرى وفاة العلامة الشيخ عبد الحميد بن باديس رحمه الله اذكر أبياتا من كلامه الجميل الذي تفوح منه رائحة عطور قسنطينة رائحة الوطنية الحقة و الإسلام و العروبة حيث قال:

شعبُ الجزائــر مــسـلمٌ ... وإلى العروبة ينـتـســبُ
من قال حاد عـن أصـلـه ... أو قال مات فــقـد كـذب

أو رام إدمـاجـــاً لــه ... رام المحال من الطــلـب
يا نشءُ أنت رجــاؤُنــا ... وبك الصّباح قد اقـتـربْ
خذْ للحيـــاة سلاحــها ... وخُض الخُطوب ولا تهب

وأذق نفوس الظالــمـيـن ... السـم يُـمــزج بالرهـب
واقـلع جُذور الـخائنـين ... فـمـنـهم كـلّ الـعـطب
واهـزز نـفـوس الجامدين ... فربـما حــيّ الخــشب
وارفع منار العدل والــ ... إحسان، وأصدم من غصب

مـــن كـان يـبغي ودّنا ... فـــعلى الكرامة والرحب
أو كان يــبــغــي ذلنا ... فـلـه المـهـانة والحرب
هذا نـظـام حـيـاتـنــا ... بالـنـور خُـط وبـاللهب
حــتـى يـعـود لـقومنا ... من مــجدهم مــا قد ذهب
هذا لــكـم عـــهدي به ... حتى أوســد في التـــرب
فإذا هــلــكتُ فـصيحتي ... تــحــيا الجزائر والعرب
رحم الله شيخنا و اسكنه فسيح جنانه آمين يا رب العالمين
