و تقول فيه

امتلأت الصحف بأخبار الفساد بكل أنواعه وإبداعاته، إذ أن الجزائريين توقفوا عن التفكير والإبداع في كل المجالات، إلا في الفساد والسرقة والاستغلال النفوذ والتهرب الضريبي. وتنذر التقارير الاقتصادية بتجاوز الاستيراد كل المؤشرات.. فالجزائر اليوم تستورد كل شيء من الأدوية التي تنتجها المخابر الأوروبية ويتم تجريبها على الجزائريين، إلى المأكولات المنتهية الصلاحية التي يعاد وضع تاريخ مزوّر عليها بتواطؤ المصدر والمستورد وأجهزة الرقابة، إلى استيراد لحوم فاسدة، إلى إلى.. ولم يكتف الجزائريون ووصلوا بقوة تفكيرهم واختراعاتهم، فاستوردوا حتى الحجر، طبعا من أجل تهريب العملة إلى خارج الوطن وليس لأنهم أرادوا أن يستعمل الجزائريون هذا الحجر في احتجاجاتهم ضد هذا النظام الذي يحميهم ويدعّمهم أو يسكت عنهم وعن ممارساتهم، وليس خوفا منهم من أن الحجر الموجود في الجزائر سيخذلهم ولا يتجه إلى الجهة المقصودة.
أرى كمواطنة صالحة، أنه بما أننا وصلنا إلى استيراد كل شيء، من الأفكار إلى التكنولوجيا إلى الفساد إلى البصل وحتى الثوم وورق المراحيض إلى الحجارة، لمَ لا تفكر الدولة الجزائرية الموقرة في استيراد نظام غير فاسد وبصلاحية محدّدة وبإكسسوارات مغرية ومعايير عالمية متفق عليها، من ديمقراطية وتقبل التداول على السلطة واحترام حرية التعبير، مرفق بدفتر التشغيل أو ما يسمى في الدول المحترمة الدستور، ليتم تسييره وتشغيله بشكل لائق.
أتمنى من دولتنا العزيزة أن تستورد من أجل الجزائريين، ولأول مرة، حكومة بوزرائها ودستورا ورئيسا، لا يهم من أي قارة، فالجزائر على كل حال قارة قائمة بذاتها لا يختلف عليه الوضع كثيرا، ولا يهم من أي جنسية، فقد سيّرنا ''مزدوجو الجنسية'' و''مثلثو الجنسية''، تعودنا ولا أحد استفسر، فقط أن لا يكون من فرنسا، فنحن نعرفهم يكفي 132 سنة، ولا من أمريكا فقد ناب عنهم شكيب خليل ونعرف ما حدث مع سوناطراك.. ولا يهم أكيد الديانة حتى إن كانوا ملحدين. يعني لو كان من حكمنا في النظام ''يخاف ربي''، لما طالبنا باستيراد غيرهم لتسيير البلاد والعباد، فلا يهم أيضا الديانة فديننا الجزائر أولا وقبل كل شيء.. ولا يهم إن كان أسمر كحسين أوباما أو أشقر كفلاديمير بوتين، لأن الجزائر فيها كل هذا المزيج، سنعتبره جنوبيا إن كان أسمر وقبائليا إن كان أشقر، وإن كان بعينين مشدودتين، فهو ناتج عن زواج العمالة الصينية من جزائريات بعد أن غزت الجزائر.. صدقوني لا يهم أيضا المستوى التعليمي، فقد جرّبنا كل المستويات ومازالت نسبة الأمية مرتفعة ومازلنا في قعر البئر نسبح، ولا يهم أكيد إن كان ثريا أو فقيرا ففي الحالتين مازال الشعب فقيرا..
كل ما نريده في الرئيس والحكومة والدستور المستورد، أن يخرج الجزائر من هذا الوحل الذي هي فيه.. الوحل الاقتصادي والسياسي والاجتماعي، وأن يقيم دولة المؤسسات ليس الأفراد والميولات و التوجهات والمزاجات والأحلام الفردية والقبلية والعشائرية والجهوية وأن يعيد للشباب الأمل في العدالة الاجتماعية وتوزيع الثـروة.
كل ما نريده من الرئيس المستورد، أن يقبل بهذا الشعب المغلوب على أمره وأن يعوّده على العمل أولا، لا أن يعوّده على أخذ ''تشيبة بـ200 دج''، لأن المسؤول الكبير أخذ العمولة بـ''20 مليار سنتيم'' وأكثـر.. وأن يحترم الكبير والصغير في هذا الشعب، فلا يغير الدستور كلما آلمه رأسه وأن يدرك أن للدستور شعبا يحميه كما للكعبة رب يحميه

هل نرد على مسعودة او على ربيع .
المهم لا علينا .
لكن من هو الشخص الذي يثق فيه الشعب ويذهب الى مفاوضات استيراد او كراء رئيس من امريكا او اوربا او جنوب شرق اسيا ؟
هل يكون اسلامي ؟
ان كان اسلامي ربما يجلب لنا احد اعوان القاعدة او احد اتباع مرشد الاخوان او احد التكفيريين .
هل يكون علماني ؟
ان كان علماني ربما يجلب لنا بيرنار اونري ليفي صديق سعيد صامدي او يجلب لنا احد اعوان الاممية الاشتراكية .
اضن ان الشعب لا يقبل .
