حلو بعصير البرتقال طازج

[أم بشرى]

السلام عليكم

اليوم جبتلكم وصفة باردة بعصير البرتقال الطازج و يحضر على ثلاث مراحل

الطبقة الأولى جينواز الثانية كريمة و الثالثة يسمى بالفرنسي miroir
يالله نبدأ بسم الله
الجينواز :
2 بيض + 2 م كبار سكر نضرب مليح حتى يتضاعف الحجم ثم نضيف 2 م كبار زيت و 2 م كبار حليب نخلط مليح ثم نضيف 2 و 1/2 م كبار فرينة و 1خميرة الحلوى و نصب الخليط في صينية التي تفتح من الجنب بعد دهن و الرش بالفرينة ندخلها الفرن على درجة الحرارة 180 و مدة 15 الى 18 دقيقة

الحشو أوالكريمة
نذوب 4 م كبار من الميزينا و 4 م كبار من السكر و الفانيليا انا عملت مستخلص زهر البرتقال في 1/2 ل حليب و نحطو فوق النار حتي يخثار مع التحريك طبعا نطفو النار و نخلوها تبرد كي تبرد نصبها فوق الجينواز و ندخلها الثلاجة مدة ساعة و نصف الى ساعتين

التوبينغ او ميرواو
عصير 4 حبات برتقال مع الحبيبات (تفكرت الإشهار تع الحبيبات جاية )
ثم نذوب 2 م صغار جيلاتين في قليل من الماء دافيء كي تذوب نضيف سكر حسب الرغبة مرات تجي البرتقال قارص وهذا بدوره نضيف على عصير و نحطو فوق النار مع تقليب مدة 5 دقائق يذوب و السكر و جيلاتين نشيلوه من على النار و نخليوه يبرد مدة 20 دقيقة يكون دافيء ثم نصب فوق الكريمة باللطف و ندخلوه الثلاجة ليلة كاملة و الصور المرفقة توضح المراحل جيدا..
