المقادير:

ثلاث عبارات سميد متوسط

عبار فرينة

عبار سمن ذائب

كاس حليب

كيس خمارة

رشة ملح

ماء الزهر

ملعقتين سكر رطب

مقادير الغرس:

تمر منقى و اضيفي له ملعقة سمن و رشة قرنفل
و رشة فلفل اسود و رشة قرفة فهذا يعطي ذوقا رائعا

التحضير:

خلطي السميد و الفرينة و اضيفي الخمارة و السكر الرطب و رشة الملح

ثم السمن الذائب و اخلطي جيدا حتى تتجانس العجينة

ثم اضيفي كاس حليب دافئ

و هذا هو سر هشاشة المقروط

ثم اضيفي ماء الزهر حتى تتلم العجينة

و بقية الخطوات اكيد تعرفها كل جزائرية
