أختي المسلمة سلآم الله عليك ورحمته تعالى وبركآته


ارتأيت أن اكتب كلمآت بسيطة ومفيدة بإستطاعتك ان تستعيني بها أن تستعيني بهآ للتغلب على الملل والتعبِ والروتين وشغب الاطفآل وعمل البيت المتكرّر واحسآسك بالوحدة وانغلآق الدّآئرة اليوميّة عليكِ..أنصحكِ بالتّآلي حتّى تخرجي من هذه الدائرة وتشعرين بالرّآآآحة والارتياح والسمو بأافكآرك وأحاسيسك الى عالم جميل

_وأنت تعملين وتحسين أنه نفس العمل الذي قمتِ به من قبل ونفس الاحدآث تفرض نفسهآ عليكِ مرة ثانية وثآلِثة ولآ يوجدُ هنآك شيءٌ يخرجكِ من ذلكَ إلّا :

اللّجوء الى الله عزّوجلّ وتسليط فكرك وعقلك على الاذكار بنطقِ الشّهآدة:

*أشهد ان لآ اله الا الله واشهد ان محمدا عبده ورسوله .
*استغفر الله الذي لا اله الا هو الحي القيوم واتوب اليه.
*سبحان الله بحمده سبحان الله العظيم.
لا اله الا انت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين
*سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا اله الا الله.والله اكبر ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله الاول الآخر الظاهر الباطنوهو على كل شيء قدير.
*لا اله الا الله وحده لا شريك له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير.



وهنآك اذكار اخرى تبعث في النفس الطمانينة وتخرجك من الدائرة الضيقة الى احساس ايماني رائع ينسيك كل ضيق وكرب.

صدقيني انها تجربتي الشخصية لا تصدقي اختي المسلمة كم كنت اعاني لكن ما ذكرت سابقا اصبح دوائي

تسرب إلى صدري ضيق خلال هاته الأيام ولم أجد خير متنفس لها من قراءة القران و كثرة الصلاة و الدعاء و كثيرا ما كنت استعذب تكرارهذا الدعاء

(اللهم إنى أشكو إليك ضعف قوتى و قلة حيلتى و هوانى على الناس يا أرحم الراحمين يا أرحم الراحمين يا أرحم الراحمين أنت ربى و رب المستضعفين إلى من تكلنى إلى بعيد يتجهمنى أم إلى عدو ملكته أمرى,إن لم يكن بك على غضب فلا أبالى و لكن عافيتك هى أوسع لى,أعوذ بنور وجهك الذى أشرقت به الظلمات وصلح عليها أمر الدنيا و الآخرة من أن تنزل بى غضبك أو يحل على سخطك(ولك العتبى حتى ترضى) ولا حول و لا قوة إلا بالله العلى العظيم)

حـدّث سعد بن أبي وقاص رضي الله عنه فقال .. مررت بعثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه في المسجد فسلّـمت عليه .. فملأ عينيه منى ثم لم يرد على السلام .. فأتيت أمير المؤمنين عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه .. فقلت .. يا أمير المؤمنين .. هل حدث في الإسلام شيء .. (مرتين ..) قال : لا . وما ذاك .. قال .. قلت .. لا .. إلا أنى مررت بعثمان رضي الله عنه آنفا في المسجد فسلمت عليه .. فملأ عيينة منى .. ثم لم يرد علي السلام .. فأرسل عمر رضي الله عنه إلى عثمان رضي الله عنه .. فدعاه .. فقال .. ما منعك أن لا تكون رددت على أخيك السلام .. قال عثمان رضي الله عنه .. ما فعلت .. قال سعد .. بلى .. قال .. حتى حلف .. وحلفت .. قال .. ثم إن عثمان رضي الله عنه ذكر .. فقال .. بلى .. وأستغفر الله وأتوب إليه .. إنك مررت بي آنفا وأنا أحدث نفسي بكلمة سمعتها من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لا والله ما ذكرتها قط إلا تغشّى بصري وقلبي غشاوة .. قال سعد .. فأنا أنبئك بها .. إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذكر لنا أول دعوة .. ثم جاء أعرابي فشغله حتى قام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم .. فاتبعته فلما أشفقت أن يسبقني إلى منزله ضربت بقدمي الأرض .. فالتفت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم .. فقال .. من هذا .. أبو أسحق .. قلت .. نعم يا رسول الله .. قال .. فـَـمَـهْ ؟ قال قلت .. لا والله .. إلا أنك ذكرت لنا أول دعوة ثم جاء هذا الأعرابي فشغلك .. قال .. نعم دعوة ذي النون إذ هو في بطن الحوت .. ( لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين ) فإنه لم يدع بها مسلم ربه في شيء قط إلا استجاب له .. رواه بطوله الإمام أحمد - رحمه الله – وهو حديث حسن .
