ظاهرة التسول...بين الإحترافية و الإحتياج.....

كلنا نلاحظ هذه الظاهرة في معظم ولايات الوطن و بالأخص هنا في شوارع العاصمة
ففي كل يوم يضاف متسول إلى القائمة ليحتل رصيفا أو أي مكان يراه الأنسب للاسترزاق على حد تعبيرهم، ولكل أداءه وأسلوبه لإقناع الناس كي يمدوا أيديهم إلى جيوبهم ويخرجوا منها ما هو مقسوم لأولئك، وهنا تلعب الاحترافية دورها، وهناك نوع يتميز بالغباء أو الاستغباء حيث أن أحد المتسولين كلما صادفك يقول لك أعطني عشرين دينار فقط أعود بها إلى قريتي لأني فقدت محفظتي، ومنظره يقنعك بأنه شخص عادي فعلا لكنه وقع في مأزق وكثيرا ما يصدقه الناس، المشهد الكاريكاتوري أنك تصادف هذا المتسول مرتين أو ثلاث في اليوم وينسى طبعا أنه حدثك ويطلب منك بنفس
الأسلوب نفس الطلب..والحديث عن المتسولين المحترفين، أشبه بسرد خيالي مقتبس من فلم غير واقعي لكن الحقيقة أنه واقع معاش، فقد اكتشفنا وجود متسولين يملكون عقارات وأرصدة ومشاريع، ومع ذلك لم يحيلوا أنفسهم إلى التقاعد.
و الشيء الذي الذي أثارتساؤلاتي هنا...هو كيف نميز بين المحتاج و المتسول المحترف؟؟؟
و كيف يمكننا القضاء و نهائيا على هذه الظاهرة أو حتى التقليل منها..لأنه على حسب علمي المحتاج الحقيقي يستحي أن يمد يده لغيره ....

المتسول يا أختي الفاضله ,, يظهر عليه التسول نعرفهم بسيماهم فعلا ,, نجده يلح علي الناس مرة واثنين ونشعر انه من كثرة مايفعله من تسول نجده لا يخشي شئ وقليل الحياء وخساره مانعطيه من مال لأنه يجمع من المال مالا نجمعه نحن في الحياة العمليه فهو عنده الصحه والشباب لكي يعمل ويكسب قوت يومه ولكنه يستسهل التسول والكسب السهل السريع

اما المحتاج فهو نوعين,,
النوع الاول يكون محتاج فعلا لكن الحياء عنده قليل نوعا ما ويطلب من الناس ,, في بعض الأحيان يكون الناس حوله يعرفون انه محتاج فيعطونه بصدر رحب اما ان كانو لا يعرفونه فسوف يعاملونه شأنه شأن المتسول
اما النوع الثاني فهو المحتاج ,, العفيف ,, القنوع ,, الذي لا يستطيع ان يعمل لأنه لايقدر علي العمل وفي نفس الوقت يستحي ان يطلب من الناس ,, والمحتاجين معروفين ,, نعرفهم بسيماهم ,, لا يسألون الناس إلحافا او كما قال الله سبحانه وتعالي:-
"لِلْفُقَرَاء الَّذِينَ أُحصِرُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ ضَرْباً فِي الأَرْضِ يَحْسَبُهُمُ الْجَاهِلُ أَغْنِيَاء مِنَ التَّعَفُّفِ تَعْرِفُهُم بِسِيمَاهُمْ لاَ يَسْأَلُونَ النَّاسَ إِلْحَافاً"
فالآيات واضحه جدا ,فهؤلاء هم من يستحقون فعلا الصدقات وويمكن تمييزهم بسهوله
