مقتل سبعة جنود أمريكيين في انفجار وهجوم في جنوب أفغانستان
قال مسؤولون بحلف شمال الأطلسي ومسؤولون غربيون إن سبعة جنود أمريكيين قتلوا في هجومين منفصلين في أفغانستان أمس السبت.

وأبرز الهجومان المخاطر التي تواجهها قوة المعاونة الأمنية الدولية (إيساف) التي يقودها حلف شمال الأطلسي حتى وهي تسلم قدرا كبيرا من المهام القتالية للأفغان قبل رحيلها المقرر في العام القادم.

وقال متحدث باسم القوات الأمريكية والسلطات في إقليم قندهار بجنوب البلاد إن خمسة جنود قتلوا في انفجار عبوة ناسفة محلية الصنع أمس السبت. وأضافوا أن الحادث وقع في منطقة مايواند.

وقتل 21 من أفراد القوات الأمريكية منذ الأسبوع الماضي في ثلاثة حوادث لتحطم طائرات وفي الهجومين اللذين وقعا أمس. وقتل ثلاثة جنود بريطانيين أيضا في انفجار قنبلة مزروعة على جانب الطريق الأسبوع الماضي في إقليم هلمند بجنوب البلاد.

وتقع منطقة مايواند على حدود هلمند من جهة الغرب وتعتبر واحدة من أكثر المناطق اضطرابا في الاقليم.

وقتل الجنديان الأمريكيان الآخران أمس السبت عندما فتح جندي أفغاني النار من سلاحه عليهما في إقليم فراه بغرب البلاد.

وفي رسالة بالبريد الالكتروني أعلن المتحدث باسم طالبان الأفغانية قاريء يوسف أحمدي مسؤولية الحركة عن الهجوم في فراه.

ووصف أحمدي الجندي بأنه "مجاهد متسلل" وقال إنه صوب سلاحه على الجنود الأمريكيين في قاعدة في منطقة بالا بولوك بإقليم فراه فقتل أربعة جنود قبل أن يقتل. وفي العادة تبالغ طالبان في أعداد الخسائر البشرية في هجماتها.
