كنت مع صديق لي في سيارته شغلت حينها الراديوا , لاجــدني أستمع الى حصة في الاذاعة الاولى استضيف فيها وزير الاتصال يتكلم بتلك اللغة الجميلة و المتزنة :19: حول الاتصالات و الاعلام في الجزائر
و لا أعرف ما كان موضوع الحصة بالتحديد
يقول للصحفية . .... ( و يظهر أنه كان متحمسا في كلامه :1: ')

يقول او بمعنى ما قال ... '' على مدة عشر سنوات من الان لن يكون هناك ان شاء الله في المدارس كتب واقلام للدراسة سنرى تابلات وبلاكات و ما شابه ذلك بين ايدي التلاميذ :19:..""

قاطعته الصحفية بكل جرأة قائلة او ...

'' أعذري سيادة الوزير انتم تتكلمون في شيء ... و الجزائر ليست العاصمة* .. "

و استمرت قائلة "" سيادة الوزير لو أعرض عليك مناطق الان من الوطن مع كل احترامي أؤكد لك انك لن تعرفها . مناطق وكأنها لا تنتمي الى الجزائر .


الوزير رجع في حينها الى عقله ليحتج بحجة أخرى :5:

و يستدل في كلامه قائلا ..او كما قال .. '' لو تذكرين في 2003 كان قليل جدا من الناس يملكون شريحة هاتف نقال .. و اليوم صار أطفال بالابتدائية يملكون الهاتف النقال صح ام لا .. .صح ام لا .. :19:

المهم في ضرف 5 دقايق او أقل سمعت ثم اقفلت الراديوا و ذهبت لاكل الدوبارة .عند كريم البسكري . فوجدتها قد انتهت .. فلهفي للدوبارة مع دمار الوزير .. ازداد جوعي . :14:

عودة الى الموضوع الاصلي و الذي ديدنه سبب تاخر الجزائر في اطلاق خدمة الجيل الثالث .

ليكن في علم الجميع و الغايب يعلم الحاضر .. ان اطلاق خدمة الجيل الثالث في الجزائر هو بمثابة طعنة قوية جدا للمتعامل موبيليس :4:

بحيث انه لايستطيع ان يقاوم ترسانة نجمة القوية من الخدمات التي ستوفرها مستقبلا عبر الجيل الثالث .. و ايضا جازي

فبعدما افتقدت موبيليس مؤخرا طاقة كبيرة من زبائنها بسبب خدمات نجمة التي صارت أكبر متعامل الان في الجزائر .. و اثرت ايضا على شعبية جازي

بات عليها الان ( موبليس ) ان تجهز نفسها جيدا للضربة القاضية ان لم تتدارك الامر بتحسين خدماتها و تسييرها الذي بات أكبر سبب في تحطمها ناهيك عن ما عانته من قبل ( في سنوات قليلة ) من فضائح .. و من يدري فربما يكون في الايام القليلة القادمة مأساة جديدة تضاف الى المآسي الاخرى

كالعادة دائما تفسيراتكم تبحث عن الجوانب السلبية , بالنسبة لموبيليس فالمعلوماتك هي اول متعامل استعمل شريحة الانترنيت وهذه الشريحة بامكانها الدخول للانترنيت من اي جهاز كمبيوتر او موبايل, يعني ان موبيليس متقدمة على كل المتعاملين بتقنية الانترنيت وليست خائفة من اي منافسة, وهذا طبعا عندما نعرف ان تقنية الجيل الثالث تخص اجهزة الموبايل وليس اجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول او الثابت.
اذن القضية ليست لها علاقة بالخوف على شركة موبيليس وانما السبب هو الخوف من عدم قدرة الدولة من السيطرة على الانترنيت كما هو حاصل الان وانت تعرف عقلية مسؤولينا يحبون كل شيء يتم تحت انظارهم وتحت وصايتهم..

يا عزيزي ان نجمة من اول دخولها لسوق الجزائر كانت متوفرة على اجهزة متطورة ومستعدة تماما للتعامل بخدمات الجيل الثالث

موبيلس اضعف متعامل في الجزائر لانه اول متعامل انطلق و تحت وصاية الدولة وصار اضعف متعامل في السوق مهما زين و روج لخدماته و الانترنت التي يروج لها او تروج لها نجمة لا تعدو سوى تدفقا من تدفقات الجيل الثاني فلا يمكن ابدا ان نحكم على التفوق من باب هذا التدفق الحلزوني
