شوفي يا ام زيزو انا تقريبا نعجن كل يوم لكن العشية الصباح يكون عندي شغل بالهبل

مهم نعجن الدوبل نتعشاو بالنصف و النصف الاخر غي تبرد نحطها في كيس ثم في كيس اخر

و على طووووووووول للمجمد

و الصباح كي نكون نطيب في الفطور نجبدها و نخليها تطرا

و منين يجوا الاولاد نسخن الخبزات في الطاجين

للامانة لما قرات الموضوع أول مرة استغربت و قلت يستحيل نعملها...
و لكن لما كنت مسافرة و كنت على دراية باني غيابي سيطول خفت على السميد لي في البيت يخسرلي لان الرطوبة عندي عالية جدا و الكمية معتبرة جدا...
فتذكرت هذا الموضوع و قلت هذه فرصة لأجربها و جوزت عشية كاملة و انا نعجين...
و قسمت العجين الى خبزات و جمعتها في البراد...
لما رجعت بديت نجبد بالواحدة و سبحان الله النتيجة احسن بكثير من الكسرة العادية و صح فيها قرمشة و طراوة و لذة...
فبارك الله فيك ام زيزو على الفكرة التي لم ابالي بها اولا و لكن اكتشفت انها فعلا رائعة
و عملية....
