على السلطة مثلا
الكثيرات منا يجاوبن برميها فورا اذا كانت تلك الاجابة إليك
عزيزتي أهم هذه الأمور التي قد تفعلها نصف ليمونة معصورة
ولكن بداية دعينا نقف مع ثمرة الليمون
فقد عرف الليمون منذ القدم بتأثيراته العلاجية فبمجرد أن تشمي رائحته ترتفع معنوياتك
وينشرح صدرك، كما يؤكد ذلك خبراء العلاج بروائح النباتات العطرية و كلنا نعرف فوائد
الليمون الكثيرة لكن في هذا الموضوع نتحدث فقط عن
الليمونة المعصورة الذي ممكن أن:
1- تستخدمينها في فرك الوجه لتخلصه من الدهون والغبار.
2- تمسحين فيها تحت الابطين لازالة رائحة العرق مع جلسرين .
3- تفركين فيها الأماكن الداكنه في الجسم الأكواع و الركب.
4- تفركين فيها فروة الشعر للتخلص من الدهون.
5- تفركين بها الأسنان فهو مبيض لها .
6- افركي يديك لازالة روائح البصل والثوم والكلوركس.
7- تنظيف و تلميع عيون البوتاجاز.
8 - ازالة رائحة الزفر من السمك و الدجاج.
9- تفرك به القدور للتخلص من الزيوت.
10- ضعيه مع صابون الأطباق للمحافظة على نظافة الأواني .
11- تفرك به بعض البقع الصعبة من الملابس و غيرها.
12-نصف ليمونه معصوره وصحن صغير فيه بيكنغ باودر او بيكنغ صودا قبل الحمام افركي الأكواع والركب والمناطق الغامقه مره بعد مره تلاقي بياض رائع
13-ممكن اشيل اللب واجفف القشره واضيفها للورد المجفف ..
14-نصف ليمونه معصوره وتنضفي لبها بشكل خفيف وتضيفيها للأرز الأبيض تعطي رائحه وبياض للأرز.
15-اذا كانت بشرة اقدامك اغمق من لون الساق ومرهقه افركيها بنص ليمونه لتستعيدي حيوية الجلد وتكسبيه بياض طبيعي.
16-بقطعها ارباع وبستعملها وبحتفظ بها بكيس نايلون حتى لا تجف بالثلاجة وبستعملها لمسح الابط لازالة رائحة العرق
17- أو بستعملها لدهن جسمي بعد ازالة الشعر
18- أو بعد الانتهاء من الطبخ
19- أو لفرك عيون الغاز مع قليل من الملح
20- أو بتركها بالثلاجة بصحن لازالة الروائح
21- أو بحرقها مع ورق الميرامية لازالة روائح البيت
22-أو بقطعها الى قطع صغيرة نوعا ما وبضيفها على مخلل الزيتون سواء بالزيت
أو الماء فانها تعطي طعما لذيذا للزيتون أو حتى اذا تم اكلها كمخلل.
23-ممكن اذا كان جلد الليمون غير مر تقطعيه صغير جدا او شرائح رفيعة جدا واضافته الى السلطات (عن جد طعمه لذيذ)
24-ممكن اضافته الى بعض المسلوقات لعدم تغيير لون الخضراوات

أنا أعشق الليمون جدا فقط لأنه من الثمار المنعشة كمشروب و هو منعش أيضا للجسد و مريح للأعصاب بعد إضافة قطرات بسيطة من زيت قشر الليمون الموجود عند العطارين و زيت النعناع أو مزيج من زيت الليمون و البرتقال إلى حوض الإستحمام عند الإستحمام و إستمتعي بأجمل حمام على الإطلاق
و لم يسبق أن إستخدمته مثل هذه الإستخدامات التي وضحتها و الأكيد أني سأحتفظ بالبعض منها في ذاكرتي لتجريبها
