نصيحتان لم أرد أن أحتفظ بها لنفسي؛ فـنفسي ليست دائمة!!.

النصيحة الأولى:13:
لا تجعل يومك يمر عليك دون ذكر هذا الدعاء:
""آللـہُـمَ إنـي أَعـوذُ بِـكَ مـن الـهَمِّ والحَـزَن والعَـجْزِ
والكـسل والبـخل والجـبـن وغَـلَبَةِ الـدَيْن وقَـهْرِ الرجـال""

فهو يدفع بإذن الكريم الذي عينه لا تنام كل مالا تطيقه النفس

النصيحة الثانية:13:

عندما تشعر بالقهر والهزيمة وهوانك على مخلوق من الخلق

عندما تشعر بأنك أخطأت على عزيز وفي هذه اللحظة ليس بيدك شيء تفعله

عندما تشعر بالعجز التام في أي حال و أي موقف

كل ما عليك فعله شيئان:

1- عٓليكٓ أن تَشْغَلَ قهرك وحزنك بالاسْتِغْفـار المُتيَـقِّـن بالفرج
•((اسْتغفِرُاللّہَ العَظيم الذِي لاإلَہ إلاهوْ الحَيُ القيَوم وأتوبُ إليہ))

2- أنْ تَـتَـصَـدَّقَ ولـو بِـريال واحد مُتَـيَـقِّنَـا أن اللهَ سَـيـرفعُ بها حـزنك وهـمك.

••»لا تتوقع من نهاية اليوم إلاَّ الــرِّضَــا وسترضـى
{وَلَـسَوْفَ يُعْـطِيكَ رَبـُّـكَ فَـتَرْضَى}

اسْتَـعِنْ بـ الكريم
اسْتَـعِنْ بـ الرحـيم
اسْتَـعِنْ بـ العـظيم

لا تدع الناس يعرفون عنك
سوى سعادتك !

ولا يرون مــنك إلا ابتسامتك

فإن ضاقت عليك !
ففي القرآن جنتك . .

وإن المتك وحدتك
فإلى السماء دعوتك !

وإن سألوك عن أخبارك !!
فاحمد الله و أبتسـم

وإذا رأيت نملة في الطريق
فلا تدسها
وابتغ بذلك وجه الله
عسى أن يرحمك كما رحمتها" . .
وتذكر أنها تسبح لله
فلا توقف هذا التسبيح بقتلك لها

وإذا مررت بعصفور يشرب من بركة ماء
فلا تمر بجانبه لتخيفه "
وابتغ بذلك وجه الله

عسى أن يؤمنك من الخوف يوم تبلغ القلوب الحناجر

وإذا اعترضتك قطة في وسط الطريق
فتجنب أن تصدمها
وابتغ بذلك وجه الله
عسى أن يقيك الله ميتة السوء

واذا هممت بإلقاء بقايا الطعام
فاجعل نيتك أن تأكل منها الدواب
وابتغ بذلك وجه الله
عسى أن يرزقك الله من حيث لا تحتسب

حتى إذا نويت نشر هذا الكلام إنوي بها
خير لعل الله يفرج لك بها كربة من كرب الدنيا والآخرة.
