اتهم هشام عبود، مدير صحيفة ''جريدتي'' ونظيرتها بالفرنسية ''مونجورنال''، وزارة الاتصال وبعلم الوزير محمد السعيد بالوقوف وراء منع طبع الصحيفتين بسبب احتوائهما على موضوع جاء فيه أن ''الرئيس بوتفليقة عاد فجر الأربعاء الماضي إلى الجزائر وأنه أصيب في وظائف حيوية''، ولم تنف مصالح وزارة الاتصال قرار المنع بما أن ''مدير الجريدتين لم يشأ تصحيح عنوان الخبر لما فيه من تهويل''.
منعت وزارة الاتصال طبع عدد صحيفتي ''جريدتي'' و''مونجورنال''، أمس، وهما لمالك واحد هو هشام عبود، بسبب ملف من صفحتين يتحدث عن تدهور صحة الرئيس بوتفليقة ونقله فجر الأربعاء الماضي إلى الجزائر، ويعطي الملف انطباعا بأن ''أمرا جللا'' وراء نقل بوتفليقة سرا للجزائر دون التعبير عن ذلك صراحة قد يكون ربما ''الموت''، وقال هشام عبود إن قرار المنع هو انعكاس لسوء التسيير الحكومي للمعلومة بخصوص مرض رئيس الجمهورية والاستمرار في ممارسة الضبابية التي جعلت المواطن يحرم من حقه في معرفة مصير رئيسه.
وقال هشام عبود عن الجهة التي يعتقد أنها وراء قرار المنع، فقال: ''وزارة الاتصال''، وهل بعلم الوزير محمد السعيد؟ فأجاب: ''بالطبع بعلمه''، وروى يقول: ''إن المطبعة طلبت مني أن أساعدها في تسيير هذه الوضعية بسحب الصفحتين اللتين تحتويان الملف الخاص بصحة الرئيس''، وتابع: ''ردي كان واضحا أنه يستحيل فعل ذلك، وحتى لو وافقت فلم يكن ممكنا من الناحية التقنية، لأن طاقم الجريدة غادر''، ومعلوم أن طبع الجرائد يبدأ في ساعات الليل. ويصر هشام عبود على المعلومات التي قدمها في العدد الممنوع من أن: ''الرئيس بوتفليقة دخل الجزائر الأربعاء الماضي على الساعة الثالثة فجرا في غيبوبة''، ولفت يقول إن ''هذه المعلومات كانت متوفرة منذ الخميس الماضي وقررنا تقديمها بعد تأكيدها من مصادر متعددة ومتنوعة''.
ولا يحمل الملف الذي أعدته الجريدتان ما يمكن أن يحرج رئاسة الجمهورية ليجعل وزارة الاتصال تقرر منع النشر، لكن محتوى الصفحة الأولى يكون على الأرجح وراء القرار، وكتبت الصحيفة تقول: ''مصادر موثوقة ومتعددة أكدت أن رئيس الجمهورية قد نقل من باريس إلى الجزائر العاصمة فجر يوم الأربعاء الماضي في حدود الثالثة صباحا، وأفادت معلومات أخرى متطابقة بأن الرئيس قد أصيب في وظائف حيوية جعلت حالته الصحية في تدهور متسارع وخطير للغاية''.
وقال المدير العام لشركة الطباعة بالجزائر، عبد القادر مشاط، الذي نفى علمه تماما بقرار منع نشر الجريدتين، قائلا: ''لا أعرف شيئا وقد عرفت من وسائل إعلام هذا الصباح''، لكن مصادر أخرى ذكرت أن مشاط أعلم بالقرار.
أما وزارة الاتصال، فإن مصادر مأذونة ذكرت أنها اتصلت بمدير الجريدة وطلبت منه تصحيح عنوان الخبر لما فيه من تهويل''. للإشارة، العنوان الرئيسي كان سينزل للأسواق كالآتي: ''بوتفليقة عاد للجزائر فجر الأربعاء !'' لكن مدير الجريدتين حسب مصالح الوزارة ''رد بأنه لا يستطيع لأن الفريق التقني غادر مقر الجريدة ومدير الجريدة وافق بالتالي على توقيف صدور الجريدة''. وتابعت تقول: ''قرار المنع يخص فقط مطابع الدولة وأن صاحب الجريدتين بإمكانه أن يطبع في المطابع الخاصة وأن القرار لا يخص إلا عدد أمس الأحد''

يقول المصدر: السلطة في البلاد تبحث الآن خيار تشكيل قيادة جماعية تتولى مهام الرئاسة لمرحلة انتقالية، تشبه المجلس الأعلى للدولة خلال التسعينات، بعدما تأكد استحالة رجوع بوتفليقة لمهامه.....!؟ إذا صدق الخبر.. إذا الجزائر مقبلة على أزمة كبيرة ... الله يستر

من الواضح ان غياب بوتفليقة كل هذه المدة بداعي المرض لم يكن الا خبر تمويهي للتغطية عن خلافات كبيرة داخل اجنحة النظام, وسبق ان كتبت هنا موضوع قلت فيه ان بوتفليقة ليس بالشخصية التي تقبل ان تترك السلطة وتحمل معها كل ملفات الفساد والايام ستثبت ان غيابه ليس سوى وسيلة استعملها للضغط على معارضيه داخل النظام من خلال خلق ازمة سياسية ودستورية..
