بسم الله

وقعتُ على فتوى للهالك الخميني بجوازِ تغيير الجنس فصُدمت مرة وزِدتُ أخرى لما بلغني أن دولتهم تُشجع ذلك أيضا
وثالثة لما علمت أنّ دولة المجوس تَتَصَدر الدول في هذا المجال !

عندها تذكرت موقفا طريفا ثم تأملته فوجدته أمرا عجيبا غريبا وإنتكاسة للفطر ، ومما
هو معلوم أنّ كل خُروج عن الفطرة قد تَتبعه إنتكاساتٌ في الصحة والحياة العامة والخاصة من جنون البقر إلى إفلونزا الخنازير !

وها هنا طُرافة وإنتكاسة تحدث بالغرب وفي الشرق أيضا لكن عند فئة سلواااات من ذوي العمائم السودوات سوّد الله وجوههم
وخسف بهم الأرض بنو رفض الأنجاس الأرجاس الأنحاس الأركاس الأقلاس !

كنتُ بالغرب في زيارة وكنت في محل لأحد الأصدقاء التونسسين التجار بأحد الشوارع الرئيسية فأقبل رجل - هذا الذي بدا -
ودخل المحل فاشترى ما اشترى وكان وسيما مؤدب اللفظ رقراق الصوت بخصر دقيق وملمس رقيق.

صافحني فصافحته ،

اليد ناعمة والشكل غريب،

قلت لابأس ولاتعليق،

وملكت عني لساني وجناني وإن علقت بأدنى تعليق قد أساق للسجن بتهمة الإساءة والتدخل في شؤون الناس
بل والتطرف والإرهاب وقلت خلك أديب ياغريب !

خرج الرجل أو الذي كنت أحسبه رجل فأخبرني زميلي التونسي أنّ الذي كان هنا هو في الحقيقة إمرأة في أصلها
لكنها خَضَعت لعملية تغير الجنس فغدت رجلا !؟

فسبّحتُ وحَولقتُ وقلتُ لأسألن الشيوخ عن حكم مُصافحته !
فمثل هذا لم تعرفه كتب الفقه ولا العرب من قبل !

ثم استرجعت وقلت بل كتب الفقه فائضة مستفيضة فيه بل أتت على كل شوارده وموارده ووارده لكن في فقه الشيعة الروافض !

أخوتي انتبهوا عند تعاملكم مع الروافض ولا يخدعنكم المظهر واحرصوا على أن تسألوا عن أصله أذكر هو أم تراها أنثى !

بالعكس هذه الفتوى دليل على تطور الفقه الاسلامي ، فهي تدل ان الاسلام دين متطور ومنفتح على التقدم العلمي و مرن اتجاه مشاكل الناس

وبالمناسبة اضيف لك ان الازهر ايضا اباح "تغيير الجنس" (يعني ليست شيعة فقط) ، او ما سماه هو "تصحيح الجنس" ، فالازهر وبعد ان تم التأكيد له ببحوث علمية ان بعض الافراد يولدون بتشوهات خلقية (خنثى مثلا) ، او مصابين بخلل دماغي (ما يسمى بإظطراب الهوية الجنسية وهو حيث يولد الدماغ انثويا بينما الجسم ذكوريا او العكس ) ، قد اباح تغيير الجنس لهؤلاء كسبيل للحد من معاناتهم

قلت أستدرك قبل أن يطل علينا سائق وقد أطفأ الأضواء بسيارته هذا إن لم يحصل بعد !!
الموضوع أيها الأحبة لا يعني لا من قريب ولا من بعيد عمليات تصحيح الجنس فديننا كامل ولله الحمد !
وكتب الفقه مملوءة بحالات الخنثى المشكل منهم وغير المشكل ،، وفقه التعامل معهم مبسوط ولله الحمد.
التصحيح إن لزم أجازه الكثير من العلماء المعصرين في حالات خاصة مثل الخنثى الغير مشكل.
وهذه فجوة كبيرة للأسف في النظام المدني الجزائري وكيفية التعامل مثل أولائك ممن سُجل ذكر وعاد أنثى أو العكس تصحيحا لوضعة ،، فيدخل في دوامة إدارية مستعصية فضلا على الجهل الإجتماعي والديني بمثل هذه الحالات التي تولد مشكلة .

أما الفجوة الطبية فأمرها هين فمستشفبات ماما فرنسا موجودة وإن لم يكن فالجارة تونس.

مشكلتنا بالأساس هي مع التحويل دون شرط ولا قيد فقط لنزوة وشذوذ والعياذ بالله كما يحصل في الدولة الماجوسية المسماة إيران والتي تعتبر ثاني دولة في العالم في هذا النوع من العمليات .
والموضوع - بيني وبينكم- هو برمته مجرد غيض على الرافضة الأنجاس لا غير !
فلنركز على الرافضة ومعتقدهم !

المهم هو التحول من ذكر طبعي لأنثى غير طبيعية ولابد
أو من أنثى طبيعية لذكر غير طبيعي ولا بد.
وهو ما يتميز به الرافضة وسابقوا به الأمم !!
