حبس الدموع يؤدي إلى إصابتك بالصداع والامراض (لماذا؟)



تشير أحدث الدراسات التي أجريت في معامل الأبحاث النفسيةفي ولاية نيسوتا , إلى أن ذرفالدموع ليس دليلا , على الضعف أو عدم النضج ولكنهاعلى العكس تعتبر أسلم طريقة لتحسينحالة الصحة من حيث التخلص من الموادالكيميائية المرتبطة بالتوتر والموجودة في الجسم ,
كما أنها تساعد في إرخاءالعضلات وأن البكاء أسلوب طبيعي لإزالة تأثير المواد الضارة منالجسم .

ويؤكد العلماء المتخصصون أن البكاء يزيد من عدد ضرباتالقلب ويعتبرتمريناً مفيداً للحجاب الحاجز وعضلات الصدر والكتفين وعند الانتهاء من البكاءتعود سرعة ضربات القلب إلى طبيعتها وتسترخي العضلات وتحدث حالة شعور بالراحة.

أما كبت الدموع فيؤدي إلى الإحساس بالضغط والتوتر كما أنه يمكن أن يؤدي إلىالإصابةببعض الأمراض مثل الصداع .

وقد أثبت أحد الأطباء من خلال تحليل دموع البشر إلى أن الدموع تحتوي على مواد كيميائيةمسكنة للألم يفرزها المخ
