أمرّت النكبة بنا
أم النّكسة فينا تستقر

ماعدت أذكر..
أهو وقت الغروب
أم هي أولى خيوط الفجر

ماعدت أذكر ..
عدد الخطوات ولا ضيق الممراّت
ولا ألم الطّلقات ..

يشربني كعسل حلو
رشفة بعد رشفة يبصقني كدواء مر
يشتهيني كتفاّح أحمر
ومن القضمة الأولى يلفظني
أهو وجوب الطّاعة أم وجوب الأمر

يلبسني كقناع
ومن أعلى الجسر
يسقط القناع في النّهر

ما عدت أذكر ..
لما تعشق الكواسر العلا
ومن خوفه الأرنب في جحر

وأخيطه كفنا لي
وأرجوه شفيعا في قبر
وأطيعه.. وبعد الالاه ..هوالاه الفكر
ويجعل منّي قربانا للصّفح

وغطاء لذنوب ..بي تستتر

وأكتبه بأطياف العمر

ويكتبني رمزا ..ومن حروفي

يجعلني حرف جرّ

أما زال الأرنب أرنبا ..
وهل سقط من علاه الصّقر

ومن الأرقام عددت الصّفر
