بوقالات

[مُسلِمة]

الحمد لله، والصّلاة والسّلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن والاه، أمّا بعد: وعليكم السّلام ورحمة الله وبركاته.

أمّا ما يسمّى بـ( البوقالات ) فأصلها من عمل السّحرة والمشعوذين، الّذين استغلّوا جهل النّاس وفراغهم الرّوحي، وتعلّقهم بأيّ شيء يردّ إليهم الأمل، ويعيشون به على بساط الرّجاء.

وللبوقالة صورٌ، ولكلّ صورةٍ حكمها الخاصّ بها.





· الصّورة الأولى: أن تقترن بما يسمّى بـ"الأبراج".

فيجعلون لكلّ برج منها بوقالة تناسبه، بمعنى أنّها تناسب الشّخص المولود في ذلك الشّهر.

ولا يشكّ مسلم في تحريم هذا النّوع، وأنّه شرك بالله تعالى.

وقد قال النبيّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم:« مَنْ اقْتَبَسَ عِلْمًا مِنْ النُّجُومِ اقْتَبَسَ شُعْبَةً مِنْ السِّحْرِ زَادَ مَا زَادَ» (رواه أبو داود وابن ماجه بسند حسن).

وقد روى البخاري ومسلم واللّفظ له عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:« هَلْ تَدْرُونَ مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ ؟» قَالُوا: اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ. قَالَ:« قَالَ: أَصْبَحَ مِنْ عِبَادِي مُؤْمِنٌ بِي وَكَافِرٌ، فَأَمَّا مَنْ قَالَ: مُطِرْنَا بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَرَحْمَتِهِ فَذَلِكَ مُؤْمِنٌ بِي كَافِرٌ بِالْكَوْكَبِ، وَأَمَّا مَنْ قَالَ: مُطِرْنَا بِنَوْءِ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَذَلِكَ كَافِرٌ بِي مُؤْمِنٌ بِالْكَوْكَبِ» .

قال الإمام الشّافعي في "الأمّ":"من قال ( مُطرنا بنوء كذا وكذا ) على ما كان بعض أهل الشرك يعنون من إضافة المطر إلى مطر نوء كذا، فذلك كفر كما قال رسول الله صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، لأنّ النّوء وقت، والوقت مخلوق لا يملك لنفسه ولا لغيره شيئاً، ومن قال ( مطرنا بنوء كذا ) بمعنى مُطرنا في وقت كذا، فلا يكون كفراً وغيره من الكلام أحبُّ إليّ منه". اهـ.

هذا فيما يخصّ من ربط شأنه بالمطر فحسب، فكيف بمن يتتبّع أخبار الكواكب في جميع شؤون حياته ؟!

· الصّورة الثّانية: أن تقترن ببعض الأفعال المشابهة لعمل السّحرة.

فكثير ممّن يهتم بهذه البوقالات يستعمل فيها: الكانون، والبوقال [وهو ما يضعون فيه تلك الأوراق المكتوبة]، والعطور السّبع: الجاوي الأبيض، والجاوي الأسود، وعود الندّ، واللّبان، والقصبر، وغيرها.

ثمّ يجتمعون ويقومون بما يسمّونه بـ( التّبخيرة )، حيث يضعون الفحم ثمّ يضعون فيه البخور، ثمّ يقومون بقراءة بعض الجمل والعبارات المسجوعة.

وبعد التبخيرة يملأ ما يسمّونه بـ( البوقال ) بالماء ويغطّى بطربوش أو منديل، لتُدخِل إحدى الفتيات يدها فيه لتجلب منه شيئا كخاتم أو شيء آخر، وهناك يُحدّد مصيرها !!

وهذا لا شكّ في تحريمه أيضا، لأنّه من أعمال السّحرة والمشعوذين، وفيه تعلّق المسلم بغير الله تعالى، وطمس لعقيدة القضاء والقدر.

حتّى وإن فعلوها غير قاصدين عمل السّحر، فلا يحلّ بحال التشبّه بالكفرة في أعمالهم وأقوالهم وطقوسهم.

·الصّورة الثّالثة: أن تخلُوَ ممّا سبق ذكره.

فلا يعلّقونها بالأبراج، ولا بما يشبه عمل السّحرة، فيقول أحدهم مثل هذه البوقالات فيستحسنونها.

فهذه محرّمة أيضا، وذلك لما يلي:

1- أنّها وسيلة إلى البوقالات المحرّمة، ونحن مأمورون بسدّ الذّرائع.

2- أنّ أصل البوقالات شركيّ، فمن باشر مثل هذه المقولات فكأنّه أقرّ أصلها.

ألا ترى أنّنا نُهِينا عن الذّبح في مكان كان يُذبح فيه لغير الله، ونُهِينا عن صنع المأكولات بالمناسبات الّتي أصلها كفر أو معصية، ونُهينا عن التكلّم بالألفاظ الّتي يستعملها المشركون، وإن اختلفت النيّات

والمقاصد.

3- أنّ ذلك ممّا يطمِس الإيمان بالقضاء والقدر، فكثير من النّاس – وخاصّة مع مرور الأيّام وانتشار مذاهب العوام – قد يظنّون أنّ مثل هذه البقولات لها تأثير في شؤون حياتهم.

4- أنّها أيضا ممّا يُضعِف التوكّل على الله تعالى.

أمّا من اعتبرها من الفأل الحسن، فهو مخطِئ من وجهين :

- أنّ الفأل الحسن ليس جائزا على إطلاقه، فإذا كان المتكلّم بالكلمة الحسنة يتعلّق بها ويظنّ أنّ لها تأثيرا فهو ضالّ.

قال الشّيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله في " القول المفيد " (2/86):"وبعض النّاس قد يفتح المصحف لطلب التّفاؤل، فإذا نظر ذِكرَ النّار تشاءم، وإذا نظر ذِكرَ الجنة قال: هذا فأل طيب، فهذا مثل عمل الجاهلية الّذين يستقسمون بالأزلام".

هذا في المصحف الّذي تضمّن كلام الله، فكيف بغيره ؟!

إنّما شُرع لنا الفأل الحسن حتّى لا يُصاب المسلم باليأس والقنوط، فهو في المعنويّات بمثابة الألوان في المادّيات.

- أنّ الفأل الحسن يكون في الشّيء الواقع، أو الشّيء الّذي يعزم الشّخص على فعله، فيسمع الكلمة الحسنة فيزداد نشاطه في ذلك،

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله:"والفأل الّذي يحبّه صلى الله عليه وسلم هو: أن يفعل أمراً أو يعزم عليه متوكّلاً على الله، فيسمع الكلمة الحسنة الّتي تسرّه مثل أن يسمع: يا نجيح، يا مفلح، يا

سعيد، يا منصور، ونحو ذلك، كما لقي في سفر الهجرة رجلاً فقال:"مَااسْمُكَ؟"قال: يزيد، قال:"يا أبا بكر ، يزيد أمرنا"مجموع الفتاوى " (23/66-67).

والله تعالى أعلم وأعزّ وأكرم، وهو الهادي للّتي هي أقوم.

شكرا جزيلا عالتوضيح أختي الغالية ..
ففي منطقتي ومنذ زمن بعيد .. والبوقالات(دايْرَة حَــــاالَة)
بحكم أنها من العادات والتقاليد التي بها يمرّ الوقت ونرفّه بها عن أنفسنا
ونعم يا أنفاس صاحبتي .. فكنا نعقد منديلا أو طرف الجبة أو شيء قماشي يكون أمامك .. ثم تنوين البوقالة التي تسمعينها على أحدهم..
ولا حول ولا قوّة إلا بالله العلي العظيم ..
واعترف أننا كنا كثيرا نؤمن-وعن جهل تاام- نؤمن بما يرد في بوقالة كل واحدة .. بل وتجديننا نتحسّر إن كانت البوقالة غير موافقة للمزاج.. وهي عادة عاصميّة خالصة .. تركها الأتراك حسب البحوث التاريخيّة .. والحمد لله أن تفطّنّا من قريب لحرمتها فهجرناها ..
والله يقدرنا على نصح البقية المتبقية ممن مازالوا مهووسين بها لطمسها نهائيّا ..
