غريبة هذه الدنيا
عندما نسمع
أن شخصا تخلى عن أولاده
وعن أهله وعن من يحبونه
لأجل شخص لايستحق ذلك

غريبة هذه الدنيا
عندما نرى شيخا طاعنا في السن يأتي
إلى مجلس فلا يقوم له أحد وعندما
يطلب من طفل صغير ليفسح له المجال
فلا ترى منه إجابة ووالد هذا الطفل
بجانبه يبتسم للشيخ وكأن شيئا لم يكن

غريبة هذه الدنيا
عندما ترى أشخاصا عشت معهم أحلى أيام
عمرك فتذهب لتحييهم وكلك شوق وحرارة
فيبادرونك السلام بأطراف أصابعهم وبنظرة
إستغراب تعلو وجوههم وكأنهم لأول مرة يرونك

غريبة هذه الدنيا
عندما تحب شخصا وتضحي بكل ماتملك لأجله
وتفعل كل مايرضيه وتلبي جميع طلباته
ثم تكتشف أنك ضحيت لأجل لاشئ
غريبة هذه الدنيا



عندما نرى هذه الاشياء تحدث في
مجتمعنا فعلاً غريبة هذه الدنيا
والاغرب من ذلك أننا لانراها غريبة
لقد أصبحت الدنيا قاسية
على من يملكون المشاعر الرقيقة والحس
المرهف ويعيشونه أصبحت قاسية على من
يعرفون الحق ويريدونه أصبحت قاسية
على من يلتمسون الخير ويفعلونه
هكذا أصبحت الدنيا . غريبة هذه الدنيا
أم نحن الغرباء في هذه الدنيا
