"أسرار" لقاء اوباما مع أردوغان وخلافهما حول الموقف من سوريا
في تركيا خيبة أمل عميقة من لقاء رئيس الحكومة رجب طيب اردوغان والرئيس الامريكي باراك أوباما في واشنطن، الأسبوع الماضي. سوريا استهلكت معظم وقت اللقاءين، الرسمي نهار الخميس والعشاء ليلا، وحاول الزعيم التركي شرح موقف بلاده لنظيره الامريكي بالقول إن الأزمة السورية تشكل أكبر تحد لتركيا منذ عقود، وأن أنقرة تطلب من واشنطن «كعاصمة صديقة حليفة، ممارسة دور أكبر للمساهمة في تغيير الوقائع القتالية» على الأرض السورية.

«لكن أوباما تمسك بتصلبه وإصراره على حصر الدور الامريكي بنقطتين: المساعدات الانسانية للاجئين السوريين والدول التي تؤويهم، والسعي الديبلوماسي من أجل رعاية حوار سوري يفضي الى وقف القتال والتوصل الى حل».

بدورها، أكدت مصادر أمريكية الموقف الأمريكي حسب الرواية التركية.

المسؤول التركي قال أن اردوغان أشار بلباقة الى «التذبذب» في الموقف الامريكي، وأضاف متوجها الى اوباما أثناء العشاء، الذي حضره ايضا وزيرا خارجية البلدين الامريكي جون كيري والتركي داود اوغلو، بالقول، وهو يدل على كيري من دون أن ينظر اليه، أن كيري سبق أن وعده أن الخطة الامريكية في سوريا تقضي «بتغيير الوقائع العسكرية على الارض لمصلحة المعارضة، حتى يقرأ بشار الاسد الكتابة على الحائط ويدرك أن لا أفق لبقائه، وأن الحل الأنسب له هو الخروج» من السلطة.

وتابع اردوغان متوجها الى أوباما: «اليوم حديثكم مختلف، واختفت الكتابة على الحائط، وصار التركيز على مؤتمر في جنيف سيحضره أركان الأسد وهم يعتقدون أن موقفهم العسكري قوي وأن بامكانهم الاستمرار، ما يعني أنهم لن يقدموا أي تنازلات»، تابع اردوغان.

ثانيا، اشار اردوغان الى تراجع واضح لأوباما عن «الخطوط الحمر التي وضعها في حال إقدام نظام الاسد على الاسلحة الكيماوية». وأردف الزعيم التركي إن «الحلفاء المطالبين برحيل الأسد صارت مصداقيتهم في الحضيض بسبب التذبذب الامريكي، وأنه كان من الأفضل لو لم تأخذ امريكا أي موقف على أن تتخذ مواقف وتتراجع عنها في ما بعد».

وختم رئيس الحكومة التركي مطالعته امام اوباما بالقول إن «مصداقية تحالف الأطلسي تتعرض للإهتزاز كذلك، فتركيا دولة عضو في التحالف، وهي تعرضت لهجوم واضح (تفجير الريحانية) من قبل الأسد، ولم يهب التحالف للدفاع عنها».

ما لم يقله المسؤول التركي ذكره مسؤولون امريكيونحيث أفادوا بصحة الرواية التركية، ولكنهم أضافوا إليها أن أوباما رد بقسوة على اردوغان، قائلا إن «تركيا لم تلتزم يوما بمواقف التحالف (الاطلسي) التي لا تتناسب ومصالحها القومية»، وأنها وقفت «ضد الحرب في ليبيا على الرغم من تعرض مدنيين لمجازر على يد قوات معمر القذافي على غرار ما يفعله الأسد». وأضاف أوباما أنه «حتى في العام 2003، أقفلتم قاعدة انجيرليك (في تركيا) في وجه القوات الامريكية أثناء الحرب في العراق».

واعتبر أوباما أن «تحالف الاطلسي متين، ولكن كل دولة تتصرف ضمن مصالحها، خصوصا أن لم تكن أي من الدول الأعضاء تتعرض لخطر أمني داهم يتطلب تحرك التحالف بشكل مشترك للدفاع عنها».

وتابع اوباما أن «الولايات المتحدة مستعدة للمشاركة في أي عمل عسكري متعدد للدفاع عن تركيا في وجه أي خطر، سوري أو غيره، ولكن امريكا لن تفعل ذلك بمفردها، وستتصرف كدولة عضو، فإن تحرك التحالف، امريكا مستعدة للتحرك». بكلام آخر، يقول المسؤول الامريكي، لمح اوباما الى أن «ليست كل مشكلة في العالم مشكلتنا، ولكننا مستعدون للمساهمة ضمن إطار التحالفات الدولية أو الأمم المتحدة».

وختم اوباما بحض اردوغان على استخدام علاقاته بموسكو من أجل تغيير موقفها في سوريا، وقال اوباما: «علاقاتنا بـ (الرئيس الروسي) فلاديمير (بوتين) ليست في أحسن أحوالها، أما أنتم، فمصالحهم التجارية معكم كبيرة، وربما يمكن لكم التأثير في قراراتهم ذات الشأن».

في وسط التصلب الامريكي والإصرار على عدم القيام بخطوات من شأنها أن تؤدي الى تغيير في الوضع السوري، يقول المسؤول التركي إن بلاده صارت «تعول على بناء تحالف إقليمي من شأنه ملء الفراغ الذي يتركه غياب واشنطن».

في هذا السياق، تأتي زيارة ولي العهد السعودي الأمير سلمان بن عبدالعزيز الى تركيا، أمس الخميس، بدعوة من الرئيس التركي عبدالله غول.

ويقول المسؤول التركي إن «تركيا والسعودية تعملان على معالجة الأزمة السورية وإجبار الأسد على الخروج من الحكم كمقدمة للدخول في حوار وطني والبحث عن حلول لمرحلة ما بعد الاسد».

وختم المسؤول التركي بالقول إن «الأفكار المطروحة للنقاش بين البلدين حول الأزمة السورية كثيرة»، وأن «أنقرة ستبلغ الرياض عن فحوى لقاءات اردوغان في واشنطن»، وأنه «بعد الزيارة الى امريكا، صارت تركيا تعول على تحالفاتها الإقليمية من أجل التعاطي مع الأزمة السورية».
