وقال رئيس الكاب: "شباب باتنة في إنتظار تطبيق القوانين فقط، أعتقد أن القرارات واضحة جدا حول قضيتنا مع شبيبة الساورة ومن جانبي متأكد أننا سننتصر في قضيتنا"، مضيفا: "بالإضافة للساورة، ثاني قضية رفعناها للرابطة متعلق بمباراة الساورة ومولودية وهران التي تأخرت بـ 20 دقيقة كاملة ونعلم أن الحكم تسبب في ذلك لكن بضغط من أطراف نعرفها جيدا. أعتقد أن شباب باتنة فجر قضية كبيرة ومن حقنا أن نتطلع لإنتصار الحق. ثالث قضية متعلقة بـ سوناطراك التي ترعى 4 أندية تسببت في سقوطنا والأمر هنا غير قانوني"، متابعا حديثه: "باتنة أصحاب حق ولن نقبل أي يمس فريقنا في شرفه وهو من أشرف الأندية في الجزائر، مهما كانت الدرجة التي سنلعب فيها الموسم المقبل ولكن لن نشارك إلا إذا منحنا حقنا".
قرباج: "القضاء سيأخذ مجراه، الكاب نزل رياضياً ونزار شكل نقابة غير قانونية"
وقد كان لمحفوظ قرباج رئيس الرابطة رد مباشر عبر الإذاعة الوطنية دائما: "قضية شباب باتنة على مستوى العدالة حاليا رغم أن القوانين في الجزائر تمنع الأندية من اللجوء مباشرة للقضاء، عموما العدالة ستفصل في القضية والجميع سيخضع للقانون"، مضيفا: "رياضيا الكاب نزل إلى الدرجة الثانية، تورط شبيبة الساورة إذا ما حدث لا يعني عودة باتنة إلى الدرجة الأولى، ومن جانبي أؤكد أيضا لعب بطولة الموسم المقبل بـ 15 فريقا إذا أضطررنا لذلك. أما بشأن قضية سوناطراك فأعتقد أن الشركات التي ترعى الأندية متفرعة عن الشركة الأم لكنها مؤسسات منفصلة، وبالعودة أيضا إلى حديث رئيس الكاب السيد نزار فأشير أيضا إلى إمتعاضنا الشديد من تشكيله ما يشبه النقابة الخاصة بالأندية التي نزلت إلى الدرجة في القسمين الأول والثاني ودعاهم للمطالبة بعدم السقوط، علما أننا إستدعيناه بسبب ذلك".
