بهدف عرض آليات السلوك التنظيمي فى خلق وإعداد القيادات الناجحة ومتطلبات التميز للقائد الناجح، وأيضا العوامل المؤثرة في تكوين شخصية القائد، كان إنعقاد هذا البرنامج لادراك سمات وأخلاقيات القائد برؤيته الثاقبة وكفاءته وفاعليته وقدرته على قيادة فريق العمل، لذا فإن فعاليات هذا البرنامج تعرض العديد من الأركان الأساسية في شخصية القائد وتناقش: الشخصية القيادية - النظرية والمقارنة والتطبيق - العوامل والسمات النفسية والروحية - المخاطرة المحسوبة فى إتخاذ القرار.
